Had an issue with an email advertisement had to go above the manger in the store to get results. The owners are great people and willing to listen I hope they empower employees to seek guidance in how to handle customer service matters going forward.
Nobody else pizza is the hut however, Domino’s should be out pizzaing the hut as well as more this is the only store I never get my garlic sauces from I love your food tired of not having my whole order
Placed an order on DoorDash for the wrong address and could NOT get a hold of this store for shit to fix it. A total of 20+ minutes of the phone ringing and nothing. Corporate didn’t answer and the call center couldn’t help. This place is a joke. Don’t bother calling. Don’t bother ordering.
