I’ve never had a hot wrap and have to say that it was so fresh and hot that it’s the best wrap I’ve ever had! Didn’t realize that when I skipped the side, I passed on a free bag of chips. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the Blimey Limey smoothie. The staff was very prompt and friendly and I will definitely return to try other food options.“

“I found this place by total accident when looking for a healthier alternative to lunch at work. I wanted something that would give me plenty of energy and fill me up at the same time, this place offers so many different boosters you can add to your jiuce/smoothie ✔ Plus I've been wanting to try juicing for a long while now but everything always tasted so horrible... this place though is AMAZING 😋 I have been ordering their fresh juices with kale, watermelon and blueberries and their strawberry banana smoothies for lunch all week, I add the immune support blend, fiber blend, antioxidant blend, vitamin C blend and energy blend to every drink I order. “The Playa Bowls in New Albany is amazing! I order from there often for lunch during the work week or for breakfast on the weekend. I have tried many different bases and have not found one I didn’t like. When you order in store the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, they will also give you a sample of the base if you are unsure. When you order through the app and get delivery they send texts throughout the process letting you know about the status of your order! I very much enjoy this brand, their staff, and the food!!!! “So I give this location a 5 Star because I come here all the time but the 1 Star for service because of the person taking my order this time . It made me sick to the point I couldn't drink my smoothie . The person that took my order was disgusting he smelled like he hasn't showered in weeks I could smell underarms bad and he was wearing a dirty face mask it completely ruined my appetite and if he is there next time I come in I'll just leave . Usually its girls that take my order and they are always awesome and sweet and polite and professional I hope this person doesn't work there long ..“

“Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. They were a little slow to give us our orders, but they were busy. We ordered through the app and then drove down there. We sat down and waited patiently. After about minutes I saw them bagging up what looked our orders. They bagged them and just set them on the counter by the drive through. We had to go and wait in line to ask if it was our order. After about 5 more minutes of standing in line the person at the register asked us what we wanted, I told them that we had two mobile orders and they said they would put them on the rack when they were ready. I pointed out what I thought was ours, they checked and those were our orders. They gave them to us, and we enjoyed our Quesadillas and smoothies as we always do here. Just know that patients is not rewarded here. You will have to speak up or you will never get your order. Still, I will be back no one was rude to me and there were no other problems.“
