“Best fast casual type of restaurant you'll find anywhere but at some point there needs to be a conversation about some of the staff at the short north location... almost every time I go I have an experience so odd it feels like I am getting pranked by a hidden camera. If someone were to tell me they're testing AI robots that work off a limited script I would understand, and also feel better about robots taking human facing jobs. Foods still fantastic and won't impact me from going at least once a week but the robo staff experience has happened too many times to not start the conversation about getting some humans back behind the counter slinging the best food in town.“

“Cafeteria style dining and food was very good. Lots of options on the salad bowls. Veggie offerings were all very good. Fries were tasty. Soup was good. Dessert cookie also very good. Draft beer selection was a bonus - better than expected.“

“I went here last weekend for the first time and really loved it!!! My only two complaints were that I was still hungry from the small amount of chicken I got in my bowl and it was really loud in there due to the industrial architecture style with the high heat echoey ceilings I’m not a fan of as someone with sensory sensitivity. But the tahini chocolate cookie and the yummy mint pink lemonade made up for it! I’m usually quite picky with veggies, but I honestly loved everything I added to my bowl besides the beets. Just too sweet for my preference. I like to eat them raw, just not pickled I’ve discovered. The cauliflower with jalapeño was especially delicious and I usually don’t do spicy nor cauliflower, but it wasn’t even spicy, just super flavorful. Everything was super fresh and delicious and the workers were so kind and friendly as it was my first time and I had no idea what to order or how it all worked. I will definitely be back!“

“My husband and I had been waiting to try out this restaurant for a date night, and to celebrate his birthday early, as he has an early December bday and it’s too crazy at that time. I had read lots of reviews, and we had a wonderful experience, like most other people apparently! Hope was our amazing server, and had great suggestions and was very attentive and welcoming. We started with the feta and roasted red pepper dips with pita bread-so yummy! Our mains were the ribeye and lobster spaghetti, so we shared and made our own surf and turf:) Honestly, everything sounded delicious so it was hard to decide, but we loved what we got. My husband’s steak was cooked to perfection, and I loved the red sauce with the lobster, surprisingly it did not overpower it. We also got the baklava dessert which was fantastic! And our server, Hope, made it perfect, she was constantly checking in to see if we needed anything, refilling drinks, but somehow doing it in an unobtrusive manner! What a great experience, would highly recommend this place👍“

“I truly don’t know how this place has a 3-star rating the food is soooo good and fresh!! It’s at one of those cloud kitchen locations so if customer service was an issue for anyone it isn’t a direct representation of the restaurant itself.

“Upon entering we were greeted by Jahlyia and she was so pleasant and helpful as we looked over the cakes.
She seated us and her personality made it obvious we had made a good choice to dine here.
In the past many of the servers were cold and dismissive but jahlyia made us feel welcomed and important.
Helpful with our menu selection and attentive to our needs. This girl is a keeper and makes the environment just that much better!

I just ordered Carry out, which included 2 desserts and when I went to pick up I saw the employee grabbed a different item than I ordered. when I asked to confirm they just stapled the bag shut and tossed it onto the counter. Came in and friendly server, fast service. Got the tiger shrimp to start. Came with some pita and was surprisingly filling. Tiger shrimp was shrimp cooked in tomatoes and feta, very flavorful.

Got the gyro platter for one of us and the spicy gyro the other.

The fries were on point on the gyro platter. Flavorful gyro meat and good tzatziki sauce. Came with a little salad too which was nice.

The spicy gyro was unexpected, but very good. , it was like a gyro meat stir fry with onions and peppers served on top of hummus.“

Whatever I got was cooked really well and tasted like something you'd find at the most expensive restaurant. One of the things I got was a honey mustard tasting chicken. It was so delicious. The food here is incredibly filling and hearty. I don't even think I could eat the rest of the day after getting something from here. The only thing I didn't like was the nan/pita bread they gave.
