“*extremely late post*My girlfriend told me how amazing she thought Lavash was, so I decided to give it a try with her. I really wasn't in the mood to venture out on what I ordered since I had been craving fish and chips all that week. Come to find out, they have it on their menu. I was not let down, and my craving was definitely fulfilled. I love hummus, and I thoroughly enjoyed theirs. My girlfriend had some type of wrap, I really can't remember, but it did look good. We haven't been back just yet, but it is on the list as a must return to. Keep up the good work.“
“We came on an extremely busy night (St. Patrick’s Day weekend and during Ramadan) and the place was packed. We had a large group of 7 and the chef and staff went out of their way to get us seated, pushing tables together and checking on us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable. They all had smiles on their faces and were genuinely helpful. The food came out SO quickly, we barely had to wait. Everyone’s meals were delicious, and the hummus was divine. ? Highly recommend!“
“Super friendly staff. Great portions and great food. Chicken, lamb, and rice were all great and topped with the perfect amount of white sauce. Seasoned fries were absolutely amazing! Wish the hot sauce was a little spicier, but not a big deal.“
“I stopped by last night & just want to say the food was amazing. My brother really liked the chicken sandwich but was upset that he didn’t get a mix shawarma platter instead, after trying mine ?Definitely will be back.Tbh, the portion is incredible for the price, quality & taste. I had enough for last night, lunch today & dinner! You all are truly great!“
“Interesting Chipotle-style make your own dish with Mediterranean options. The Hummus Plate comes with a side of pita bread and a choice of protein. The shredded chicken was very tasty. If you like spicy, make sure to get the green spicy paste for a little kick to your dish. The crispy fries were very crispy and had a rubbing of spices on it which goes well with the tahini sauce dip.The dishes were a little on the pricier side which I didn't mind, but certainly a pinch for college students given this place was on the High St close to OSU“
“The food was outstanding. Fresh and delicious. I was disappointed to find a few tiny hairs in my hummus - kind of grossed me out but at the same time I realize this has to happen fairly frequently in the prepared food industry. This tells you how good the food is, though -- I'm still giving this place 4 stars. The food is, I would say, the best in town for this type of menu.“
“Stopped in to try their falafel. I have been craving one for a while now. Was first impressed by how clean it was. Then, how well the food was displayed. Everything looked amazing. I get excited when I find food that is good for my health and don't go against my faith. This place doubles down. Now to the falafel. Easy 9 out of 10.Cannot wait till my next Columbus trip to try more!!Great place!“
“Atmosphere- 3 star- clean but really busy. Hard to find a table.Service- 4 stars- this is counter service, sorta of like Chipotle or Subway however the employee was very helpful with explaining what everything was- this is a Lebanese restaurant and I wasn’t familiar with a lot of the choices.Food- I had a salad with greens and grains, feta cheese, cauliflower, fried onions and baba (smoky eggplant dip with tahini). You had a choice of falafel, chicken or brisket but I stuck with veggies. I’m Catholic and it was a Friday during lent. I didn’t miss the meat at all! Food this good maybe I should become a vegetarian lol. Also got a side of pita bread and it was awesome!“
“One of my friends and I decided to try Agapé for lunch today - the first time for each of us. I had done a search for “Greek” restaurants near Gahanna, and this came up on the list. We’re so glad we came in!The staff was incredibly friendly, and they were very kind to answer all my questions. Kenny the Manager was super nice, and he was very appreciative of us stopping in for lunch. Abby, Aleks, and Vincent were just as nice as they could be, and they each gave us their own recommendations on what we should try.My friend and I each got a bowl. Mine was rice, lentils, all the veggies, falafel, and house dressing. Hers was the salad mix and rice, chicken, veggies, and house dressing. We each got one order of pita, but honestly we could have shared just one serving instead of getting two. They give you several pieces in each bag!My bowl was delicious, in fact it was the first time I’ve ever truly LOVED my falafel at any Mediterranean-style restaurant. It tasted so good. The variety of veggies, dips (I got hummus) and dressing choices (mine was the “house” garlic dressing) were all but perfect.Totally reminded me of a Greek style Bibibop restaurant. And since I love Greek food so much, Agapé definite takes first prize in my book!Thank you for such a great first experience, and I can’t wait to return again sometime! And thank you also for the baklava treats you gave me at the end!!! I’ll share one with my husband, since he wasn’t able to come with us today.Highly recommended!“
“Absolutely LOVED the garlic feta fries, the falafel plate, the 3-dips appetizer, the gyro sandwich and shawarma plate... We tried nearly half of the menu! ?Not only was the food awesome, but the staff were super friendly, with good senses of humor, and helpful with our chaos ordering (we wanted EVERYTHING!).I wanted to lick my plate once the food was gone, and raved about how glad we ate there for the one meal in Columbus while traveling. 10/10 recommend, and hope to venture through Ohio again someday just to eat here again!Vegetarian options: The dips (the cream ones would obviously only be vegetarian, not vegan) were AMAZING, in Guy Fieri speak, I'd eat 'em on a flip flop! Olives and feta were good too,but the garlic fries and falafel plate were seriously AWESOME, and a great serving size too! Some of the best food I've ever had, vegetarian or not!“
“Loved the fast, friendly, funny and graceful host without a doubt a spot to get some fat eats in ? My big Fat Greek sandwich has me feeling blessed and educated on why this place is "The Mad Greek" because I know I'm going to have to pop the button on my pants after this huge sandwich? ... For Greek food the prices weren't bad there was a nice bar and area for seating inside with a atmosphere that is comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend. ✌??Vegetarian options: If you're a veggie Greek food has no shortage of options without meat ? I didn't try but would and a heartbeat and the pastries and desserts are nothing short of homemade slices of goodnessParking: Clean parking lot off a busy street so be careful pulling in and watch the pull out of your ride is lowKid-friendliness: Would definitely bring kids here“
“The hummus was delightful, soft creamy, and tasty. The pita that went with it delicious. The lamb shank was easily the best meal I've had in Columbus. All the food was absolutely wonderful! With no doubt it is the best Mediterranean food in Columbus.“
“My wife and I love to eat at Aladdin. We get vegetarian options such as the sampler platter appetizer with grape leaves, falafel, hummus, tabouli, etc. We also have dessert here too because they often have gluten free cookies.Vegetarian options: There are several options for vegetariansDietary restrictions: There are several options for gluten free“
“Ate here twice in the past 2 days. Gyro hit the spot for dinner last night, had to go back again for lunch today. Carryout is super fast, friendly service & quite the tasty meal. I love the crunchy bits of gyro meat too. Will definitely be back!“
“Everything we had was delicious. My favorites were the Spicy Potatoes, the Mushrooms & Garlic, the Saffron Risotto... and especially the Scallops Parmesan! As I'm pescitarian, I didn't try any of the meat-based items, but my friend enjoyed the ones she selected.Vegetarian options: Plenty of delicious vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: Menu indicates which items are gluten-free.“
“For 15 years, we’ve lived near Anna’s, driven by it thousands of times, and never stopped in, until today! Hey! What a great experience from a warm greeting from Christina, our server, who took the time to explain the menu in detail, to the final bite of dessert (after being shown a tray of choices [who does that any more?]), we were enthralled by the atmosphere, menu offerings and great service! We whole-heartedly recommend this restaurant. Everything was delicious, reasonably priced, and we look forward to returning…..very frequently!“
“I love this place. That being said, there was an odor we noticed that was a bit unpleasant. It was raining that evening so maybe the sewers were having an issue but the smell was not good. I think we adjusted to it because it seemed stronger when we first sat down and then we didn't really notice it after some time passed. The food/drinks were great and I always recommend this place.“
“First time here and definitely a win! Great homemade middle eastern food! Lebanese style! Service is excellent and great little atmosphere! Food quality is outstanding and prices are very fair! Definitely will be back as I love supporting the family owned restaurants!“
“Really cool place, it's right in the middle of the city so there is no parking. The place has a cool vibe, and a bar right when you walk in. Some of the aesthetic was kind of cheesy though, with the pillars and arches everywhere but there was a giant mural on one wall that was cool. The food was a little pricey, but boy was it delicious. We didn't try any of the expensive dinners, but we ordered some salad and the Greek spread combo that comes with four different spreads of your choice. Our waiter was very friendly and had a good attitude, he was almost more excited about the food than we were. Had a great experience would visit again.“
“This is literally my favorite Mediterranean place in Columbus. I know there are other good places but everything here tastes amazing. My go to dish is their chicken shawarma platter with rice and Jerusalem salad. It comes with hummus, pita bread, and garlic sauce. Everything is fresh and cooked perfectly. There is so much flavor in everything! Their pita bread is made fresh by a local bakery. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. My husband loves the Kafta kabob pita sandwich. It’s loaded with fresh ingredients, the best pickles, and a delicious tzatziki sauce. The combo comes with fries and a can of soda. Their fries are really good too.I’ve spoken to the owner before. He is a super nice guy. His favorite dish is also the chicken shawarma platter. All of their staff are friendly and do a great job serving customers.11 out of 10 from me!?Dietary restrictions: They have vegan options and other dietary options. I have a lactose intolerance and their garlic sauce is dairy free, and it’s amazing!“
“Came here for dinner on a weekday around 7:30pm and there were plenty of open tables. The menu was very extensive with a lot of Turkish and Mediterranean food options. Also, the portions were huge! You could share one main with two salads and be good. Overall great vibe, food, and the staff were very nice and professional.“
“This was my first time at Nazareth Restaurant. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma and I also got a side of hummus. Both were excellent! I was impressed with the menu, too. Nice variety of food and decent prices! Staff is very friendly. I love Middle Eastern food and there are very few of these restaurants in town especially ones that are reasonably priced, so I think this is a gem of a place!“
“Today was my first time and it truly caught me by surprise!Went in around 1 o clock expecting a huge line due to it being lunch time but we were the first ones to order & everything was presented & displayed so easily to choose from. There definitely needs to be more of these spread around the city! 10/10 recommended“
“My biggest peeve with this store, any store really… is 90% of their items are not marked with a price. I do not want to have to ask the cashier every 2 minutes how much is this. I purchased a bag of rice for $27 that’s $20 at Costco. But Costco was out of the way so I payed the $27!But on the other hand, they had everything i needed on my list. They have cheeses, yogurts, nuts, olives/pickles, bread… honestly any “Mediterranean” needs.“
“Hello,Dear Mezze,On 2/17/24 ordered Hummus and Mezze 3 choice sampler via UberE !!(In Uber feedback, I attempted to leave “2 thumbs up” for each item, however I hurried. If I hit thumb down, was accident, if I did!)This place has so many delicious , fresh flavors and have included fish, which was great, tasty, healthy choice! There was more food and sufficient leftovers for price compared to other places!Patrons also have options of spice levels! This is a new Mediterranean favorite!“
“I had gotten take-out from here little over a week ago. Their menu is extensive and love the variety. My boyfriend and I had gotten a small and regular gyro, which you can actually tell the difference in size (more meat ? rather than more veggie). The baklava is worth getting. Good price v. portion sizes. Eat Greek Express will be a regular stop for our take out nights! Looking forward to trying other menu items.“
“Yelp never disappoints. This is a family-run Italian restaurant that hits all marks for service, food, and a great bar. I rolled in 30 minutes before they were closing on a Tuesday night and they made sure to not rush me to finish my amazing veal meal and push me out the door. The bartender was amazing, friendly, and the reason I will come back the next time I'm in Columbus.“
“brought the wife and 2 kids (5 and 9) here just to try something new. Staff was helpful and very kind. Food blew my expectations out of the water. humus was the best I've ever had. Ambiance was nice with the low lighting and authentic music. Will be back for sure!“
“Been rockin' with this joint since literally day one when they opened next door to campus. Day ONE. The folks who own/run it are incredibly warm and kind. Always kind service. The food is always fresh. Sad day when they shut down the campus location and went downtown only. I could walk three blocks when they had the campus location. However, lunch around noon-1230 gets PACKED now. But their employees work very fast, but attentively.I always get a make your own bowl. Loaded with power greens and nearly every veggie item they have. Always get the chicken kabob as my protein option. Their hummus and sauces/dressings are to die for.Prices are oddly low. Been going there for nearly seven years now and will happily continue. A genuine joy in serving folks, always fresh, always delicious, low prices and the place is always spotless clean.**Side note: I admire the dignity in which the manager and employees treat homeless folks who come in. Just a caveat. But they always treat them with warmth and respect whereas most others wouldnt.“
“LOVE this place! The service is awesome (they'll actually remember your face and order tendencies!), The food is exceptional and fresh, the atmosphere is relaxed, warm and inviting, and the prices are great to boot.My dad and I constantly go in there to grab lunch on the weekdays. We always split the Mediterranean platter (with an extra order of warm pita bread!) and Dad grabs a beer. They have a great selection of beers!“
“Ordered some wraps from Grubhub. They were delicious, but sat in my stomach like a brick. It was a bit too much for me, but because it tasted so good, I ate it all anyway. I regretted it later. Maybe I'm bad at portioning, or maybe I need a smaller serving to begin with. I would eat there again.“
“I am so impressed with Rodos off Dublin Granville road. Tonight we went for the Monday Deal which is 10$ Gyro night. Our server, Demetri, was outstanding. Quick to come help us and extremely personable. Portions are large and prices are very reasonable. We look forward to going when we can sit on their patio. Highly recommend supporting an amazing small business!“
