Marlon catered an event for The Christ Hospital's LVAD clinic and it was wonderful. Being a patient himself, he understands how to make the BBQ taste great without going crazy on sodium. This place is small but mighty. Delicious BBQ. The loaded tots with brisket are my personal go to favorite. The ribs are only made periodically and when they are I recommend them as they are excellent! Great people. Small seating area but don't let that stop you.
