I would give two and a half. But they don't offer that. Service was really slow although the girl at the front was extremely friendly and polite. Bagels and cream cheese were of course amazing. They need to hire more people.
The set up is not helpful. You must order at the cash register where you cannot see the bagels. I was told I must tell the cashier exactly what I wanted but I couldn't tell if they were low or out of certain flavors from there. A very annoying procedure. Let me pay then move to where the bagels are to choose and have them packaged! That is buyer friendly, not buyer blind.
Ps. Bagels were misshapen and COLD. Not freshly baked but seemed like pulled from a fridge....

I had an outstanding customer service experience with Raeven, a manager who went above and beyond to assist me. Her handling of my issue made me feel genuinely valued as a customer.
