“This was my initial visit to the establishment. I opted for a sandwich combo, which featured a sandwich that was quite flavorful, although it was excessively oily. I am uncertain if there is an option to request minimal or no oil, but the oil content was almost overwhelming, to the point where I considered not consuming it. Conversely, the fries were exceptional and cooked to perfection. I would recommend requesting a lighter application of oil for those who prefer a less greasy sandwich. I also ordered a salad with chicken salad topping, which unfortunately was overly salty. I would not recommend this option, as the saltiness was overwhelming, even when mixed with the salad. The chicken tenders, on the other hand, were far superior.“

“Went to AMC saw a scary movie, thinking what for dinner when over. Had stopped earlier in the week, experience was fantastic was looking forward to another visit. Alas, parked and started to go in and sit down, but door was locked at 7 o'clock when closing was 8 PM. So went to drive thru. Young lady very friendly. I do wish the tenders were a bit bigger, but a 3 piece, fries, and toast are very filling. Speaking of fries, the steak fries are incredible. Great customer service, friendly man at the register. “Chick-fil-A off Mason Montgomery has unmatched service. I have went to get curbside pick up there twice and the absolute sweetest old man has served me both times! He always makes sure my food is all correct before just leaving & both times he’s noticed i was EXTREMELY pregnant. He was so happy for me and asked me if he could add me to his prayers both times, asking the babies name & my due date… it was the most heart touching thing i’ve ever experienced from a complete stranger especially one whose only job is to bring me food. i look forward to seeing him next time i go. SOMEBODY GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. He’s out here doing the Lord’s work. HIS NAME WAS STANLEY!“

The customer service was good not great, I think this location needs to do more with a Chick-fil-eh right across the street. They are the gold standard for customer service and they have a long ways to get to that type of service and customer experience.“

They will give grilled chicken nuggets to my Son who has food allergies so that he too can enjoy and I don't have to make multiple food stops. This is beyond appreciated. Highly recommend to all!!“

They have taken the time to make sure that there is a centerpiece on each of the tables and they have a playground for kids. The store is kept very clean and the staff are courteous and friendly. The wait time for food is quick; within 5 minutes from the conclusion of placing my order I had received my frozen lemonade. This location is definitely worth visiting!“

“This is my 3rd horrible experience at this location. Anyone who's been to this location, knows once you're in line, you can't get out. I waited 30 minutes! they are always slow as molasses. get to the window to order and the girl tells me their out of chicken nuggets, that they're all frozen. I said well can't you put them un the friar and make them??? "ummm noooo sorry. But we have everything else." So I ordered tenders(which weren't crispy and cooked fully, like they should be.) and tell her I need alot of ranch, ketchup and buffalo. I finally go to get my food and 2 packets of buffalo, 3 ranches and 2 ketchup for 2 chicken tender meals with fries. This place is a joke, and this time I'm requesting my money back. 30 minutes I wasted in line, to not even get what I wanted and told them. I'm officially done with chick fil a.“

“Thick, crunchy, flaky, golden, crispy are all the key words I'd use to describe their chicken batter. It's pretty much perfection in my mind. Their sauces are also well above average with plenty of options across the sweet, savory and spicy range. Cincinnati is full of great restaurants and this one is definitely among the best in the Fried Chicken game. Also when you dine in, in my experience the chicken comes out so hot it burns your fingers, which in my opinion is a good thing, I don't want chicken that's been under a heat lamp and here I've only ever gotten chicken straight from the fryer to my table in what seems like 60 seconds or less. It's amazing.“
