“The sausage patty that I had on my plate was overcooked and possibly cooked the day before eggs were good easy bacon was very small and thin like it been cut in half sausage links were great not a breakfast place. I would go back to maybe once or twice a year“

You don’t see this at drive thrus these days!Also, people should realize that you can get things like real eggs and broccoli cooked to order at Big Boy.I’m actually a regular weight lifter and in good shape, and by far Big Boy is the only drive thru set up for someone like me. I’m here all the time. I just wish they marketed themselves this way - I think it would be good for business.“

“Tried Lana's Diner for the first time. Time of our visit came just after their lunch rush. It was obvious they had been busy and at the moment of our arrival, there was only one server waiting tables. While there was a little wait, it was understandable why. The one server, though overwhelmed, did not allow the circumstance to rattle her or keep her from pushing on to take care of customers. I was impressed by how she worked her job without letting her job work her. Her attitude remained polite and helpful to those she was serving. Food was very good and was presented as quickly as was reasonably possible. It was good service considering the circumstance. I give Lana's 5 Stars We will be back!! I highly recommend this down-home diner!!“

“My husband and I have visited several Frisch's in the suburbs of Cincinnati, and the freshest, hottest, best prepared food is the Frisch's on Mason Montgomery Road. The food is cooked at the time of ordering so the food is hot and fresh. They are consistent at being the best. Also, the servers are friendly and fast.I highly recommend signing up for their rewards program as it is wonderful! You get a free dessert just for signing up. Then you get free food very often. This has to be the best reward system going.You won't be disappointed when you order the 2 piece cod sandwich or a big boy with extra tartar sauce. The fries are fresh and hot.They also have a blackboard with names on it, and if your name is on it, you get your food for free. The board is changed daily. My husband, Tim's name, was on it last week, and he received a sandwich, fries, and drink for free. Very nice!I am glad this restaurant exists!!“

We pass two other Frischs just to get to this one because the food and service are heads above the other two.Parking: I dont use a wheelchair, although it is very accessible for a wheelchair, but I do have mobility issues and we always find a spot close to park“

“This place is a hidden gem! No better place in the city to get soul food than Catherine's. I had the hot wings, which are not for the faint of heart (if you don't like spice, I would recommend just getting BBQ wings) I loved the spice on them and they were very juicy. The wings are made to order as well as a few other items on the menu, including their burgers. Catherine also told me she didn't have the normal fries that she would use, so she CUT A POTATO and made fries from scratch! Talk about above and beyond! “We were so pleasantly surprised at our wonderful experience at this Frisch's location. We've had subpar experiences at the one on Cincinnati-Dayton location in West Chester and had almost given up on the franchise. We were there for the Friday Seafood bar. The food was outstanding. The food was fresh and hot and they kept the bar full at all times. Our server Jeremy was very helpful and pleasant. We also want to recognize the manager there who we spoke with: Michelle. She clearly manages people well as the place was clean and all of the employees were friendly and upbeat.“

“Stopped in late one night. The server seated is and went to get us water. We ordered and went to get salad. Even moments before they would close they were courteous and kind. The salad bar was good. It was very late but it was quiet and peaceful.“
