Excellent customer service today. I haven’t shopped inside the store since the pandemic. I’m a “pick up “ gal now. Kudos to Joseph in Customer service and my cashier Lukas and our bagger Elijah!

I tried for the first time a pick up order and though they tell you to stay in the car, GET OUT and CHECK the order. I was missing ALL of my refrigerator items. I called customer service they credited my account but I still have to go back to shop since I really needed my milk and beef carrots pasta sauce tortellini. If I ever use this service I will surly get out and check the order.
