“I commonly get what Arby's calls a "Ruben" sandwich, which is generally the best sandwich on the menu aside from maybe the brisket sandwiches, if made right. Sometimes they manage to mess up the Ruben, sometimes in spectacular fashion.In this case it wasn't terrible, but I did have to disassemble the sandwich and shuffle the meat to balance out the sandwich, which was quite lopsided.Service was fast and the staff was friendly and took the order without any hassles. However, they failed to identify which shake was chocolate and which was "Jamocha", so we had to guess and eventually determined that both were plain chocolate.Overall not bad... for an Arby's.Edit for the sake of Arby's management: Glad to see you responding to your reviews. The staff here is great, they did a lot better than some locations I've visited.The issue with lopsided sandwiches is pretty widespread, it's rare that I see a well balanced stack of meat on a sandwich at any Arby's location. Some preparers take that extra second to break up the blob of meat and make the sandwich more pleasent to eat.“

“Our order was half ready for eat in and the employee was kind enough to ask if we wanted to wait for the rest of our order or start in with what was done! I love it because we got to eat our food hot and fresh and it made us feel so considered! I live the golden moments!“

“This is the most expensive bell in northwest Ohio... not sure but it is more than Findlay. The food is always great and the service is fast. Staff is friendly and helpful when asked questions.

“Drive thru. Ordered a double stack burger. Lol I remember why I don't eat here. I thought I was at white castle. A mcdouble is bigger and a $ cheaper. Was dried out, bun was hard. Spicy nuggets were cold and hard. No lid for the 1$ large drink. 430 in the afternoon. Maybe it was a bad time of day. I don't know. Very disappointed. Sorry Wendy's.“

“Best food I've eaten in Bluffton... food looked good and fresh. Young lady whom waited on me was very respectful and nice and with good conversation. In Bluffton on business trip and this is #1 on my list

“Sherry the general manager is there everyday dedicated to her job she is very nice to me and everyone else that stops by here I'm glad to have had the experience to work here . All the employees are usually very friendly in my experience, it's a small store with excellent service. :)“

“The food was pretty good I tried the chicken big Mac service was very understand about remaking my burger with no problem the atmosphere is kid friendly and yes there wheelchair access I think I was at a pretty good location after all it was also kind of crowded to but McDonald's is a solid 6.5

“They get the order right for the most part and management seems to have the place together. They also have the Mexican pizzas back. I don't know what kind of game they were trying to play with that but I'm glad to have them back. I guess my only complaint would be prices. When did every meal at taco bell become ten dollars or more? Bring back the cheapo menu man!

Kid-friendliness: They have amazing seating options inside so you can easily keep your children in line.

Parking: The lot is shared with Starbucks and is pretty small. Don't be discouraged if it'd packed though. The traffic from Starbucks is come and go with this being a college town.

Wheelchair accessibility: Really easy access for anyone with handicap.“

“Place was understaffed and there were people complaining about the wait for their food. I asked for pickles and they put one on my sandwich.? Big Mac was smaller than I remembered. Place was very clean though.
