Have to say, this Ethiopian Gera is amazing no matter how I brew it. Fruity. Deep. Complex. Probably my favorite bag I’ve had and that includes the best roasters in NYC, Cleveland, KC and Philly.
If you’re in Youngstown, give this place a try.
The selection of coffee is not as great as it used to be. Also the food menu is non-existent, except for a few stale muffins. The wireless internet they offer is not as good as it used to be. There is not much of a seating situation which is alright because even if you did sit inside there is not much to look at. They have taken down all the artwork and haven't put anything else up. It's just the most boring place to go. The quality has really went down hill over the past year.
The only thing that outdoes the kind staff and welcoming environment is the quality of the product. Serious attention to detail in everything they do. Specialty coffee shop / roaster with single origin coffee+espresso, and a wide range of teas, pastries, and in house made flavors for lattes.
