I went to this location and felt like I was bothering them. I went in to place my order and the manager/ supervisor acted like I was bothering her. With all the errors, I offered to show her my receipt and she declined saying she knew what I had ordered. Well after missing 2 drinks and my dozen donuts, someone should have looked at my receipt. Wish I had a different location to order from on my way to work. I’ll drive out of my way next time.
What isn’t wrong about this place?
This location has quite a few issues. Staffing, untrained associates, and poor management.
Here’s a free tip:
Fire the general manager of store. Obviously unqualified to be managing a Dunkin’ Donuts (a new low). They overstaff the location in the later hours of the morning (10 people standing around and one actually doing work).
