“I stopped today it seems like the employees are happy and enjoying their job and very welcoming. I wasn't sure what I wanted with all the holiday drinks the barista who helped me was patient and kind guiding me to a delicious beverage. I can tell the difference in the new management and employees because this was the best experience I've ever had in this location.“

“First time at this location on BG. We just moved to town, from Toledo. They only had two staff members working when I arrived, and the attendant let me know they were understaffed at that moment and it would be a few minutes wait. By the time I left, at least three more baristas had arrived. I think I only waited about 10 minutes total for two drinks and two breakfast items, being second in line when I arrived. At any stand alone location on Toledo, it's a half hour plus line at any point they are open. We will absolutely be back, even though it is across town from us.“

“Everything always tastes great and the whole place smells amazing. My cup was messy when I got it but I just wiped it off no biggie. Super convenient having them on campus but they are usually very busy. Remember to be patient with staff it's not easy running a place that busy. All around a good experience.“
