“First time at this location on BG. We just moved to town, from Toledo. They only had two staff members working when I arrived, and the attendant let me know they were understaffed at that moment and it would be a few minutes wait. By the time I left, at least three more baristas had arrived. I think I only waited about 10 minutes total for two drinks and two breakfast items, being second in line when I arrived. At any stand alone location on Toledo, it's a half hour plus line at any point they are open. We will absolutely be back, even though it is across town from us.“
“Everything always tastes great and the whole place smells amazing. My cup was messy when I got it but I just wiped it off no biggie. Super convenient having them on campus but they are usually very busy. Remember to be patient with staff it's not easy running a place that busy. All around a good experience.“
“Staff is always friendly at the drive-thru. Today I went for the half-off drink promotion but I arrived 30 minutes before the promotion started. I was disappointed but I ordered my full-priced coffee anyway. When I got to the window, the barista, Sam, said “this one is on me!” Sam was so personable and friendly! Her act of kindness truly made my day, I just had to write a review! Thanks Sam :)“
