“I come to this location a lot and sit down to do work a lot since I am a student. Today's service was fantastic. Everyone working behind the counter were so kind and they were doing everything efficiently and with great quality. The team working on 4/3 was fantastic and the girl I believe is the shift lead was possibly the nicest service worker I have ever met. Definitely 5/5 stars and I just want to come back even more!“

“First time at this location on BG. We just moved to town, from Toledo. They only had two staff members working when I arrived, and the attendant let me know they were understaffed at that moment and it would be a few minutes wait. By the time I left, at least three more baristas had arrived. I think I only waited about 10 minutes total for two drinks and two breakfast items, being second in line when I arrived. At any stand alone location on Toledo, it's a half hour plus line at any point they are open. We will absolutely be back, even though it is across town from us.“

“Everything always tastes great and the whole place smells amazing. My cup was messy when I got it but I just wiped it off no biggie. Super convenient having them on campus but they are usually very busy. Remember to be patient with staff it's not easy running a place that busy. All around a good experience.“
