I am a dasher in the area and there was an employee who did an amazing job. He was a younger boy with glasses, absolutely wonderful employee and amazing customer service. There was a wait on the potatoes and I understand they take some time. I used to work at Wendy's prior to doordash. But the male manager made me pretty uncomfortable. My food was hot and it looked like the photos on the menu board. The service was friendly and fast. Good location and easy access.Parking: There is a large parking lot behind the restaurant if you need to park large vehicles. It is easy to walk to the restaurant and there are plenty of lights in the parking lot.

Wendy's on E.Wooster, BG is terrible. No customer service skills, poor food. Baconator fries were cold, whimpey, tough. Chili was only half full and slopped all over container and bag. No receipt given and cashier had trouble giving change back. One of the poorest Wendys around. Called manager, he had no comment or didn't he say sorry for poor experience.
