Wendy's on E.Wooster, BG is terrible. No customer service skills, poor food. Baconator fries were cold, whimpey, tough. Chili was only half full and slopped all over container and bag. No receipt given and cashier had trouble giving change back. One of the poorest Wendys around. Called manager, he had no comment or didn't he say sorry for poor experience.

Wendy's is a restaurant that offers a variety of food options, including burgers, sandwiches, and fries. However, some customers have expressed disappointment with the quality of the food, citing a decrease in quality over the past year. The restaurant has a drive-thru and is wheelchair accessible, making it a convenient option for many customers. The staff is generally courteous, with some employees going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. In some cases, staff members have been very patient, even when dealing with large groups or long wait times. Customers have noted that wait times can be longer than expected, especially if help is needed at the window. The restaurant seems to make an effort to serve hot and fresh food, often made to order, although sometimes orders are forgotten or incorrect, and customers have to ask for missing items. The manager is seen as a solid presence, and overall, the staff tries to be helpful. However, there are occasional issues with food accuracy, such as missing cheese sauce on the bacon egg and cheese, which can be frustrating for customers. Despite these challenges, Wendy's remains a popular choice for quick meals, especially due to its drive-thru and accessibility features.
