“When they actually get your order right it’s good food. The problem is that they screw up the orders too often. It doesn’t matter if you order online or over the phone, what you ask for and pay for is not what’s in the box. They either drown the wings because you ask for extra sauce (to the point where the box can’t hold the sauce & it’s spilling out) or the wings are bone dry. The last order I placed was for a white pizza with chicken and bacon, I got a white pizza with banana peppers, tomatoes, black olives and bacon… NOT the same!
It’s frustrating because the food IS good :(“

“Stopped here after my son's baseball game nearby. Not from the area but have been hearing wonderful things about Mimi's. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. While we sat and ate our yummy pizza, Mimi herself struck up a conversation with us, and later brought us a fresh bowl of sausage and peppers, completely complimentary. We would definitely make the 40+ minute drive for more Mimi's!“

Absolutely amazing pizza done with passion, intent and true skill that only comes from a master of their craft. Upon entering the small, clean and purposeful shop the aroma of fresh ingredients and flour dusted surfaces will have you under its spell. It’s obvious the place means business. Options for pizza toppings are not as limited as the hours but after the first bite you will be a believer. Conversations with the owner/Pizzolo while we waited and preformed his dough magic transported us right to the city of Naples. His knowledge and stories made our 15 minute wait seem like an only a few seconds. Not being able to decide we ended up getting two pies and we’re glad we did! Crisp thin crusts with those dark “leopard spots”, perfectly balanced sauce and low moisture cheese ratio with just the right amount of toppings including basil picked fresh from the plant. This type of pizza might not be for everyone but it’s definitely a contender for Cleveland’s best. Very demure, very mindful.

The restaurant already had a healthy number of customers but the staff hustled tables, chairs, setups, etc. and in no time, we were soon seated and making our food choices. “Food was mostly good but our server sat at the bar on a laptop most of the time. I had to go up to her and ask for drinks after waiting for refills. The amazing hostess Brenda brought our food out for us and made sure we got everything we needed. Let me say Brenda needs a raise and is the absolute most sweetest woman I have ever met! She was working as hostess, takeout, and bringing food out all while we watched multiple servers sit in the corner of the bar. I truly hope you know what a gem you have working at your place.“

“We ordered Chicken, pizza, coleslaw, pasta salad and garden salad for our family reunion on July 16th. There were 75 people. I talked to Julianne and she helped me with ordering the proper amount of food. We did have a few leftovers, however, there was no problem with people taking it home! It was delivered to the hall and was hot and delicious! Everyone loved the chicken! My favorite side was the bow tie pasta salad! “Bar maid's boy friend was at the end of the bar. Needless to say he got 80% of her attention. It was difficult to spend money or get a drink. Food tasted great. Although my French dip sandwich came with enough dip for about two bites. I would guess it was just the bar maid doing a poor job. She spent a lot of time in the kitchen. The Thursday day bar tender needs a different job. I will return hoping for better service.“

Order an Ice Cold one from any one of the Absolutely Amazing bartenders on shift and definitely ask for a menu and inquire about the weekly specials. Everyday has got something to cure your hunger and make ya smile😁 The wife and I just love the wings, always cooked to perfection, piping hot and crispy. Try any one of their amazing sauces, hell try a few!!!

“Guys pizza is amazing, I have celiac disease which means I can’t have any gluten containing food products. It is very hard to find pizza that tastes good and not like a cardboard box. They are one of 3 pizza places in the area that have quality gluten free options and they are typically first on my list they also take care to avoid cross contamination.
