“When they actually get your order right it’s good food. The problem is that they screw up the orders too often. It doesn’t matter if you order online or over the phone, what you ask for and pay for is not what’s in the box. They either drown the wings because you ask for extra sauce (to the point where the box can’t hold the sauce & it’s spilling out) or the wings are bone dry. The last order I placed was for a white pizza with chicken and bacon, I got a white pizza with banana peppers, tomatoes, black olives and bacon… NOT the same!
It’s frustrating because the food IS good :(“

“Our group of friends wanted to get together at Brew Wall to watch the Browns game, sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. The ambiance is great. We were shocked at the lack of knowledge of your bartender when we had issues with pouring beer. We asked for help multiple times but kept getting "not my area so I don't get involved". When we first arrived no one was around to greet anyone and there were others waiting as well but they left. We stayed to find someone and again saw the Bartender who ignored us until we walked in to ask her for help, which she said were short staffed. We saw many patrons come in and leave due to lack of help at the food order station. We asked multiple times for the TVs to show the Browns Game but no one seemed to know how to work the Tvs, plus they said the audio wasn't working, which is ok. Just the lack of knowledge and help from the staff was frustrating to us. Great place, with no staff assistance. We want to come back but uncertain if we can get others to join. We were also shocked that the place was empty for a Browns Game, but the other patrons that came in left quickly as the process to some is confusing and left as no one was around to help. The food was awesome as we love Antonio's. Other issue is the advertisement for 1/2 off wings. We all ordered but did not get the 1/2 price on all orders. I ordered a 12 order which we did get 1/2 off but not the 8 order and at that time, we just wanted to leave. Hopefully you can employ competent staff as Brew Wall is a great place and would hate to see it close due to lack of good staff.“

I talked to Julianne and she helped me with ordering the proper amount of food. We did have a few leftovers, however, there was no problem with people taking it home! “I called in my order. Not knowing their specialties I asked. The person in the phone was polite, helpful and efficient. I was told my order of a large two topping pizza and a 12 inch baked sub would be ready for pickup in 25 minutes. I arrived in about 18 minutes. I was promptly greated and to my surprise my order came out and was readied very quickly. Checkout and paying was easy. This same night, we had several people over. We offered a selection of our tried and true over time favorite pizzas. East of Chicago was the favorite of the group. It was the most gone of the three anyways. If there was a negative, it's the parking situation. Brecksville Rd is tough to find a spot sometimes. I hear they have a lot in the back of the building, and i haven't tried that yet, but I'm told its not as easy as the front spots. I'm going to find out for myself though.
All in all, I'd say East of Chicago in Brecksville is one of the top pizzas around the area. Not unique, but tasty and solid. But I've only ordered the one basic pepperoni and sausage. I plan to look over the menu and try something that may be unique the next time I visit and will update my review if so.“

It’s Friday November 8th at 9:38 pm, I just want management to know I had a really great experience with the man who just gave me my food. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer, he was so kind, very welcoming and just overall a very nice guy. I didn’t catch his name but I’m hoping by the date and time management will know who I’m talking about. I believe he had a beard, he was thin and taller.
