“Wow!!! We just left Danny Boys. We had the pleasure of Maria being our server! She blew my socks off!! Wow, just wow. Talk about customer service. Her personality was so welcoming and warm and genuine. The way she slyly grabbed straw wrappers off the table when she set the garlic bread down (which was an amazing recommendation) did not go unnoticed. I’d give Maria 100 stars if I could. Thank you so much! Our food was excellent and such a great experience and great place. We will definitely be back!!!“

“When they actually get your order right it’s good food. The problem is that they screw up the orders too often. It doesn’t matter if you order online or over the phone, what you ask for and pay for is not what’s in the box. They either drown the wings because you ask for extra sauce (to the point where the box can’t hold the sauce & it’s spilling out) or the wings are bone dry. The last order I placed was for a white pizza with chicken and bacon, I got a white pizza with banana peppers, tomatoes, black olives and bacon… NOT the same!
It’s frustrating because the food IS good :(“

Absolutely amazing pizza done with passion, intent and true skill that only comes from a master of their craft. Upon entering the small, clean and purposeful shop the aroma of fresh ingredients and flour dusted surfaces will have you under its spell. It’s obvious the place means business. Options for pizza toppings are not as limited as the hours but after the first bite you will be a believer. Conversations with the owner/Pizzolo while we waited and preformed his dough magic transported us right to the city of Naples. His knowledge and stories made our 15 minute wait seem like an only a few seconds. Not being able to decide we ended up getting two pies and we’re glad we did! Crisp thin crusts with those dark “leopard spots”, perfectly balanced sauce and low moisture cheese ratio with just the right amount of toppings including basil picked fresh from the plant. This type of pizza might not be for everyone but it’s definitely a contender for Cleveland’s best. Very demure, very mindful.

“Stopped in after a baseball game. The people were friendly, and the pizza was awesome. You could tell a difference between the quality of this good old fashioned pizza place and chain pizza establishments. The crust was a mix between pan and hand tossed in texture. The sauce was a perfect combination of sweet and savory. The cheese was just the right amount of ooey gooey goodness. Definitely would recommend. “I had a great experience here. Staff was very friendly and outgoing. Me and my family first time having their pizza. We live two hours away in Columbus and came up to Cleveland for a little road trip for my wife birthday.

Although my wife likes her pepperoni a little bit more crispy, the pizza was amazing. We did half cheese and pepperoni since I don’t eat pork. The pizza was very flavorful and the Cajun dry rub wings were very delicious to, and it had my taste buds rushing in.

The guy there was very kind to my 21 month old daughter as he gave her a cookie and my she enjoyed that. This is the type of customer more restaurant need to take lessons from because unfortunately other mom and pop restaurants I had bad experiences and had to write bad reviews based upon the service I receive. Plan to come back whenever I am up to Cleveland Ohio.“

“I have worked in the Garfield Hts area for almost 8 years now and anytime I think of having pizza for lunch or dinner, I think of East Coast Pizza. Their pies are always hot with fresh ingredients. Delivery service is great however, if I order pickup the parking has never been an issue. My staff and ladies at the group home love them.“

I talked to Julianne and she helped me with ordering the proper amount of food. We did have a few leftovers, however, there was no problem with people taking it home! “There are a lot of great, independently owned pizza joints in the Cleveland area. Romito's is a prime example. I would place them in my personal top 5. The sauce has great tomato character and is not too sweet. The cheese is ample and well baked. The sausage is hand pinched, and the crust is nice and hearty. I would suggest Romito's to anyone I know.“

Whether it's the employees bad attitude or the food being not worth the money. The few times I have ordered from here, every employee has been respectful, kind, patient and has a great work ethic. And the food is always fresh and exactly what we ask for. I live very close to a little ceasers drive thru, but will drive past it every time to come here.
