“Amazing food and drinks!! It was very authentic to Puerto Rico and so tasty! We cleaned our plates. Definitely try the mofongo and roasted pork! We brought our babies and it was fine because it wasn't terribly busy. If it had been busier it wouldn't be good for a stroller there. Great staff too, they were all so friendly! We will be back for sure and make this a regular stop!“

“4 of us visited Bruno’s Sunday for dinner with a 6:45 reservation. Greeted immediately upon walking in. Bar area seats abt 10-15 and reservations can be made for bar seating as well! Within a minute of being seated our server had our drink order and returned with them. Appetizers ordered: Hot sausage stuffed peppers These weee absolutely awesome. Served with peppers and onions with a light marinara. Menu says “spicy”; they are medium hot but amazing flavor Artichoke The couple with us ordered these ?breadcrumb” battered and fried portion. Also sauced in hous made marinara. Entrees ordered: chicken parm, spaghetti marinara, scallops and pasta. All were tremendous! Our server Martha was spot on with everything, meal was very nicely paced. I spoke with the gentleman in charge to compliment him on his food and staff. This was our first visit but definitely not our last! This is a definite 10/10.“

“This resturant is very good. Waitresses are expedient and good. The food is very good. Wide selection for italian restaurant. Very romantic setting for date night. They only take people by reservation preferably. Getting in without one, is next to impossible.“

“The coffee and service were great, but unfortunately the baked goods were not. My son and I each got a lemon poppyseed scone, and they had a strange taste. They didn't really taste like lemon at all, and I couldn't eat it. We took our order to go or I would have said something. I would go back for the coffee and atmosphere.“

“I live about 90 min from Cleveland, and my 8 year old has been begging me to take him somewhere to try bubble tea for weeks now. We were in Cleveland for the night, and Balance was close to where we were staying so I decided to give it a try. The girl working at the counter was AMAZING! She was so helpful and super interactive with my son, literally mirroring his excitement. I know this is something small, but I have worked in the service industry and I know how infrequent it is to get positive feedback. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the girl’s name (she was tall with long blonde hair), but she was fantastic and really made us feel welcome. The restaurant was also super clean and all the employees were working hard.“

The Pan Roasted Striped Bass was well-cooked, with a crispy exterior and a moist, flaky interior. It was paired nicely with simple yet flavorful sides, though the seasoning was a bit inconsistent. A minor critique would be that the flavors, while balanced, didn’t stand out as much as I expected from a dish at this price point. Lastly, the Crispy Brussels Sprouts were a delightful surprise, with a perfect crunch and a slightly sweet glaze that contrasted well with the vegetable’s natural bitterness. This dish added a nice variety of texture to the meal. Overall, the quality of the seafood was undeniable, but a little more attention to seasoning and consistency in the dishes could elevate the experience. However, the ambiance and service certainly made up for these small flaws, making it a great place for a special occasion“

If you're like me and enjoy going out for a beer, but want to be somewhere you can have a conversation without sports or other TV blaring at you, this is the place to be!“

“GLBC and Shannon were amazing and helped bring our wedding celebration to life. The entire process was easy - booking and talking to Shannon and seeing what we needed. Out of all the places we looked at and spoke to, GLBC was the most accommodating, the most responsive, and had the most custom made options. They made sure that everyone had food to eat, given that we had multiple people with different preferences/allergies (gluten-free, lactose intolerant, and vegetarians). They helped us style the room to the vibes that we were going for, gave us extra space, and also helped set-up our flower centerpieces. The food was delicious and our guests continued to talk about all of things they tried that they loved. FYI - meatball with marinara, sausage platter, and buffalo cauliflower were the top 3 apps everyone went back for multiple times. Overall, we had the best time and would recommend this venue over and over again. Thanks GLBC and Shannon!“

“Stopped here after a night spent in Cleveland for a concert. After a night of coors lights we were looking for good fries and sandwiches, this place did not disappoint. Honestly, might be the best place I've eaten since 2020. Well staffed, clean, food was excellent, everyone working there was kind. We had soups which were great. A Reuben and a chicken melt with fries, would recommend both. Got some cake to go, none were my favorite ever but all good. Chocolate mousse stood out.“
