Service was good ....food looked like it sat under the heat lamps for 10 minutes...my sizzling shrimp and chicken wasn't sizzling...and my mashed potatoes was in the form of the scoop...think they could have fluffed them a bit...food looked nothing like the menu picture...my daughter's plate of chicken and 4 cheese Mac was rediculusly small...the plate is huge with an indentation kinda like a bowl and it was hardly full...food looked nothing like the menu picture....very disappointed at this location.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Applebee’s, and our waiter Edwin truly made the experience exceptional. From the moment we were seated, he greeted us with a warm smile and genuine friendliness. He was attentive without being intrusive, checked on us regularly, and made sure our drinks were always full.
Edwin took the time to answer our questions about the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure our meals came out exactly as we ordered. His professionalism, efficiency, and positive attitude turned an ordinary dinner into a memorable one.
It’s clear Edwin takes pride in his work and cares about his customers’ experience. I would definitely return to this location just because of the service we received. Kudos to him and the team for making our dinner one to remember. Thanks Edwin.

Server was great. Half the dining room was covered in dirty dishes. Food was blah. UPDATE: They asked me to contact them, I did, and I get a response about a different location. I tell them that wasn't where I was, and haven't heard anything else.
The food was amazing. Bet we'll be going back soon.

I don't go here a lot but whenever I do, usually I have a bad experience and it's always the takeout service. The last time I was there, the order was placed on-line. One of the orders was wings. Instead of giving me a courtesy call to tell they were frozen, they waited until I arrived to tell me and after waiting in the pickup area for several minutes after my food was supposed to be ready and me having to call inside to tell them I had been waiting l, the takeout person tells me "I was going to call you but I got busy." I eventually got my food and ended up with boneless wings. They were hot but the rest of my food was cold. Never going there again.
