Food was cold and had hair in it. We had reheated, salty , appetizers. It was hard to get refills or anything that missing and was asked to the server. The would go missing every 15 to 20 minutes.

I don't go here a lot but whenever I do, usually I have a bad experience and it's always the takeout service. The last time I was there, the order was placed on-line. One of the orders was wings. Instead of giving me a courtesy call to tell they were frozen, they waited until I arrived to tell me and after waiting in the pickup area for several minutes after my food was supposed to be ready and me having to call inside to tell them I had been waiting l, the takeout person tells me "I was going to call you but I got busy." I eventually got my food and ended up with boneless wings. They were hot but the rest of my food was cold. Never going there again.

Me and my sister went out to eat there a couple of days ago, and it wasn’t expected how awful of a time we had. The service could’ve been way better, the food portions we got were so small, and the food was luke-warm. And we had to ask for silverware. Silverware! Never have we ever been to a restaurant and we had to ask for silverware to eat our food—food that wasn’t even finger food. There were so many people waiting to get seated, and all they did was keep telling people it was about over an hour wait when there were literally plenty of tables open and clean. It was not worth almost $60 and 2 hours of waiting for this mediocre establishment. Plus we got sick the same night.

Just wanted to start with Ashley was our server and she was great, we got in and we're seated in less than 5 minutes ( considering it was fairly busy) the food came out fast and hot and tasted good. I wouldn't normally review a Applebee's but this reminded me of how Applebee's used to be and was a great choice

My boyfriend and I I went and dined in and had the most amazing service that we could ever asked for by the server named autumn . She was professional and outgoing . Complimented the first after of appetizers because it was a mistake, and asked if we okay every time with our order . Definitely asked for her again . Great service Autumn we will be back !!!
Terrible I walk in and sit at the bar no acknowledgment two males were sitting on the end of the bar African American bald male and a Caucasian male chatting and laughing one looked at me and continued to talk it took me to get the managers attention to actually get some service….
