Terrible place to get ice cream. IF YOU LIKE Old Ice Cream, that stock hasn't been rotated in months. The people are nasty. I saw the guy dig in his nose. He thought no one was in the store. I was right there he picked his nose. Then, he attempted to scoop ice cream. I ordered a banana split, and this is what i got.

If you orser online they won't advise you that they swapped your flavor even though they do not ask what other flavor you want. 4 scoops replaced without advising is ridiculous.

They DO NOT serve ice cream at night. Well, one crew refuses to serve ice cream at night but any other time I can get ice cream at night, when that crew isn’t there. Change your hours if you’re only serving Dunkin past a certain time.

I walked in to place an order. Stood there for 5 minutes watching 2 out of 5 employees “working” while the other 3 stood around. I asked if someone would take my order, and a very “put out” female sighed and reluctantly grabbed gloves, and at this point I simply walked out …. Never to return!

Took my son's there for his 16th bday just to get sum quick icecream very fast and attentive and on point I've cream was amazing
For starters we waited in a long line for a good 20 minutes. When we pulled up to the speaker I asked for a banana split, they didn’t have that then I asked for a sundae and they also couldn’t make that then I asked for a Sprinkled cone with two scoops of ice cream and sprinkles on top when we pulled to the window and got our things he handed me a bag with a BOWL of ice cream, no cone nor sprinkles. We then asked for a SPRINKLED CONE and he handed us a churro cone. I do not like anything that tastes like cinnamon but i had already added my ice cream to the cone before i realized what type of cone it was. I could not even enjoy or finish my ice cream because the taste of cinnamon makes my stomach turn. Overall the service was horrible.
The individuals working the drive thru at night are so rude! Ice cream is so good though.

I don't think this place has a manager. If they do they need to hire a new one. I've never seen a store so slow and all my life. It's not just slow, but it's very inconvenient and inconsiderate, and the staff doesn't care. I definitely go somewhere else.

So disappointed with the customer service. After waiting 7 minutes without any of the employees acknowledging we were waiting at the counter.. We left. Common courtesy is all I ask. Dairy Queen greeted as as soon as we walked in. “Be with you in a minute!”.You lost two customers tonight.
