I was so terribly disappointed today. I really had a hankering for some nice ice cream. I was on a motorcycle ride and knew that this Baskin and Robbins was there. So I pulled off and went in and ordered a three scoop cup.l The young lady at the counter gave me a little more than round shavings of my three flavors and it barely filled the cup . Horribly horribly disappointed.

Conveniently open 24 hours a day with efficient and professional staff members who are great at their jobs! I enjoy visiting this location in the morning for coffee and the occasional milkshake in the evening to satisfy my sweet tooth cravings.. you can’t go wrong here!

Very horrible customer service is very odd. They don’t know what the hell they’re selling. I asked them for a dipped waffle cone, and the website had and the menu had it. I tried to tell him that they make it straight up, ignores everything I said, and this happened on April 6 at like 12 o’clock.

Terrible place to get ice cream. IF YOU LIKE Old Ice Cream, that stock hasn't been rotated in months. The people are nasty. I saw the guy dig in his nose. He thought no one was in the store. I was right there he picked his nose. Then, he attempted to scoop ice cream. I ordered a banana split, and this is what i got.

They DO NOT serve ice cream at night. Well, one crew refuses to serve ice cream at night but any other time I can get ice cream at night, when that crew isn’t there. Change your hours if you’re only serving Dunkin past a certain time.
