Chipotle use to be a well placed to enjoy the good burrito, but now their employees have the worst attitude in a fast food place. The food is Not the same like 20 years ago. In addition their employees need more training and more customers services knowledge. Customer are who paid chipotle employees salary not the company.

Slowest store I've ever stepped foot into. Why have a to go order, make two burrito bowls but don't have the other fried food ready. Then let the bowls get cold and have hot fried food and that's it. Don't understand why people can't grab the concept of multitasking is.

Ordered my food through the chipotle app and I usually arrive a few minutes after they tell me it will be done just in case. When I walked in there was no action going on anywhere besides the cashier scrolling on her phone with a line of people waiting to order. When someone finally let her know I was standing there I received my food. Already annoyed I walked out of the store to just go enjoy my food.....until I got home and my food was as cold as it was outside. I'm talking it felt cold enough to think they kept it in a refrigerator. When I mentioned it on the chipotle app the response I got was we apologize we will make sure this is brought to their attention. Will not be returning and Im not sure if I will be returning to any chipotle anytime soon.

They did not have MANY INGREDIENTS ready, leaving minimal choices. Also, the wait was so long because they do not have enough employees. Just one person was running around making every order and the same time being the cashier, while 4 other people walked around looking confused.

This place has the worst employees that i have ever in countered. I highly recommend you not going to this location. I was yelled at by the employee's because they don't want to do their jobs. They are only there for a paycheck. This is the world we live in today.

Service is painfully slow, portion sizes vary greatly depending on who’s making your order, and almost every time I go, it’s dirty. How?! This place is only a few months old.

Personally I have always had good experiences at this Chipotle, but at the end of the day, Chipotle is Chipotle and everyone's experiences differs. I personally have learned over my years of eating chipotle that the best time to go is around lunch. If you're attempting to get it for dinner, I'd advise going a little earlier than everyone else. The staff at this specific Chipotle is always very friendly, sociable, and the portions of the food are always great.

For this being new is crazy how terrible, the workers look absolutely miserable I been twice and both times they all look like they hate there life they move like 80 year olds as if that’s going to make people leave because of the line, once I drive up there I’m staying sorry! lol there’s no flavor but I expect that with being how miserable they look, I gave it the benefit too go twice maybe one time it was just a bad day but nope! and from the looks of the other reviews. It ain’t just me, and the good reviews is giving it has to be there people Trying to say good things cause there just no way.

I work in the plaza and will order 10 minutes ahead of time so i can pick up the food on my break. i only get 30 minutes so thankfully they have the chipotlane to make it easy and quick to pickup!! wrong!! it takes 30+ minutes to pick up my food, when i get to the window it wasn’t even made yet. in a plaza where people work and will show up for their lunch breaks, you would think there would be more effort for a quick process time so they could go above and beyond with service. guess not 🤷‍♀️
