Im very disappointed I did a pick up order over 30$ wasn't ready when I got there and it still looked awful nothing like how the picture look none of the toppings first and worse experience never again

Absolutely won’t ever come here again they double charged me for something then when I brought it up to me, they pretty much told me to deal with it the manger there was completely wrong for not handling properly

Didn't accept my birthday offer of BOGO Coldstone creation. Had an email code also but they insisted on a phone number. I never signed up with a phone number, sooooo....Another thing was we went about an hour and a half before closing and it looked like they were about to close. The chairs were all up on the tables. Nowhere to sit.

Placed an order for an ice cream cake 2 days before I needed it and they had a hard time "finding the cake!" To my satisfaction when I got there, they had one in the freezer! Thank God! The birthday party at work was a success bc the cake was a hit! Everyone raved about the flavors, texture, and appearance! Thank you! I'm never disappointed with ColdStone Creamery.

Ordered the cookies and cream. No cookies whatsoever and the ice cream tasted very different( not in a good way) the ice cream is diluted and I asked if they alter the ice cream they get from Cold Stone, the employee said “ we make our own, so it may not taste the same as other cold stone” I am pretty sure they cheap out on the ingredients. Stay away from this place.
