Currently in contact with SaveAround regarding a coupon that was not honored at this store three weeks ago. Reached out to the corporate office in Arizona but have yet to hear back form them or the merchant.For those who don't know, merchants who participate in the SaveAround program are legally bound to accept coupons from their book, and must take the necessary steps to withdraw if they no longer wish to take part. Hopefully a resolution will be reached shortly.

Crusty, dusty, and outdated. Worst coldstone I've ever been to. Very dirty!! When explaining to the staff member I had a nut allergy she seemed confused and asked if I wanted nuts.

I ordered something got they wrong size I spoke to the manager and they attempted to say it’s the right size, FOS. I’m pissed. Don’t go here, then the manager barely speaks English, tried to lie and say that’s the right size and considering I’ve been a customer for years now, I know the sizes.

This location is rundown. It's dirty and outdated. The staff never really seems to know the menu items, and they are never made quite right. Not worth the price.

This is a great place to go to try all sorts of different flavored ice cream! The service was kind to me and fast to make myI recently tried the new Barbie ice cream and it is a real treat! I loved the variety of flavors it had, including cotton candy, hint of raspberry (which I believe is the cotton candy flavor), sprinkles, and graham crackers. It's definitely worth trying out if you're looking for something sweet and unique!

The worker saw us Waiting and didn't even acknowledge us. Continued to prep other things. Waited 5 minutes to take our order. Then I ordered the barbie ice cream and she just gave me the ice cream not the toppings and I had to tell her. Also there wasn't any napkins

A family owned business and they had a teenage girl working behind the counter. She had an attitude the whole time serving me and was acting like i was bothering her while i was trying to decide what I wanted. i don’t know why they had her working the counter since her attitude was horrible. Won’t be back and clearly no one else has been since it was empty on a weekend.

The employee Antonio threw my ice cream on the ground to give it a little extra floor grease. It made my sundae taste excellent!? My little Timmy loved it too❤️
