I have the most problems at the ridge location. Not a single worker there has satisfied me even a little bit. My coffee is made wrong every time I go, and my food is burnt most of the time. I feel bad for the workers but they can’t even do their job!!! Im not one of those people who complains and makes them remake it, but i will damn well leave a review. i just got home from being at the ridge location and they messed my stuff up AGAIN, in front of my face. No one wants to eat black burnt bagels. No one wants to deal with unhappy workers who also can’t do their job. Do better ridge.

This place was the best! It was late and we are from out of town, we decided to take a late night ice cream run. And they did not let us down! The ice cream was AMAZING! Loved the late hours, and the crew working was also polite and fun!!! Can't wait to find one again!

We went to the Parma dunkin' donuts location... I went in and had trouble getting attention of any people behind the counter for at least 5 minutes... When I finally got the first attention she told me I had to stand at another location to place my order. So there was someone who came in after me who is standing in the right place... I said this is unfair every other time I've come in here I've ordered it from this spot... It was like a scene from The blues Brothers you must stand behind this line. I asked if the donuts were fresh, and the worker asks me what do you mean? I did not realize this was a philosophical question. Yeah it's fresh we just got a new batch. I did not know that was what they tell the suckers like me. So the donuts were stale... As far as atmosphere goes.... I had to lean on the counter to prep myself up since I had to wait 20 minutes for a donut... And then I realized by arm was all sticky. Naturally I had to improvise and I licked it off... Let's just say that was a poor decision. As far as the service goes... When I am greeted with a blank stare after asking two questions... That just tells me they are on the ball 👍 Or maybe on something else.

A very clean place. You feel as though you can eat off of the floor.
Waited 30 minutes in line for a damn drink and the person infront of me only had 1 order. Then I pull up they’re just pacing back and forth fiddling with their hands no drink or order done waited 10 more minutes before getting 2 donuts and a drink.

Shoutout to the amazing team at Dunkin’ in Brooklyn (Ridge Park Square)! I DoorDash from this location all the time, and they seriously never miss. My bagels? Always toasted to perfection with a generous slather of cream cheese. My mango pineapple refresher with green tea, two pumps of Splenda, and a lil’ splash of coconut? Literal ✨magic✨. And big props to the delivery drivers—always on point with my drop-off instructions. Y’all are the real MVPs. Thanks for keeping my mornings bright, bold, and delicious. 💛☕🍩
