Firehouse Subs Ridge Park Square

This place here is terrible due to customer service. This was the second time my husband and I due to none welcoming atmosphere had to leave. I'm never coming back and definitely not recommending this location(Ridge Road). The WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

The manager Z was very nice and made sure my first experience here was great! Very clean place as well as friendly staff! I had the turkey, bacon, and ranch sub, their peppercorn ranch was so good!!

I just ordered two Italian subs, with no ham add banana peppers through the Uber app, it had ham on it and no banana peppers what's so ever, they usually make dynamite subs but today they were off. Photo was before I threw all the ham in the trash

I placed an online order. Which very plainly and in half inch bold lettering states what is and is not to be on the food. I also ordered a 10 dollar bottle of hot sauce that did not even come with it. The order arrived sealed so the Uber driver was not at fault. They have good food but think? If there was a food allergy and these details were missed a person could die. If I could give a zero i would. The mushrooms did not exist, the hot sauce was not there, there was bbq sauce on the sandwich and a pickle, both of which can cause literal death to someone with a fatal illness. ( Which my wife has) we threw it all in the trash. 60 dollar order you'd think they would give a damn.

(I’m partial to the Firehouse Hero btw) I received what I am now referring to as “The Firehouse Dozen” 👏🏻 Overall Experience? 100/10 - 25 ⭐️’s

Worker got an attitude with me under the size of a sandwich pretty much I was stupid I've been trying to talk to customer service but they're useless too you can't get the app to work nor the phone number it's like nobody wants to take responsibility for anything

Ordered food though the app. Got food poisoning from the food...and have been waiting refund for 7 days or at least some sort of contact from them. Have since contacted thr BBB and the Health Board after being informed that they had recently changed beef manufacturers. Customer service my @ss!

I first experienced their subs at a work lunch cold, and they were rather good for a cold sandwich. I then went there and tried a hot Italian. Wow! Was that sandwich great! I make a couple tweaks to mine, and they are just fine with that. In fact, the one woman told me about spicy pickle chips and gave me a few to try. Fantastic service all around, the place is always clean and the ice tea fresh brewed (not stale like some places). It is one of my regular lunch spots now. I even got a Genuine Pickle Bucket with lid!!! Only a $3 donation.

Food was absolutely disgusting and they won’t give you your money back even when it’s their fault. My turkey came all wet inside and they bread was hard and soggy. It was so disgusting we threw up biting into it. I think the turkey was bad
