Ordered a meatball sub when I pick them up it was cold wasn't even warm and it made me sick and no one has contacted me yet about it horrible customer service

Placed an online order today , purchased the 2 for 20 and drink , well my drink was flat no biggie , my biggest complaint is I received no pickles with my sandwiches I even checked the box for extra pickles. This is the 3rd time now. Not to mention the sandwiches where not made correctly. I like firehouse but it's getting to where I dint want to order from there anymore

Ordered 3 subs, one had no meat at all and the other two were completely wrong. This is my third time going here and every time my order has been wrong. I don’t think a fourth time is in the future for me. HOW DO YOU NOT PUT THE MEAT ON A SUB?
This place will be next in line of closed shops. So much more to say but it’s not worth it.

Wow just wow I placed an order on uber eats for a buy one get one and when I called to ask why was only one sandwich the lady was talking to me and this man clearly rips the phone from her with an accent and starts yelling at me. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. I’ve never been talked to like this.

Food was really good. It was our first time trying Firehouse and we got the Firehouse Captain Club and the Caribbean Jerk Turkey and they both were amazing.

The subs tasted very good. They did not have a lot of vegetarian options, and gluten-free bread cost $3 extra, which sucks. But overall, the experience was nice.
