Firehouse Subs Ridge Park Square

Placed an online order today , purchased the 2 for 20 and drink , well my drink was flat no biggie , my biggest complaint is I received no pickles with my sandwiches I even checked the box for extra pickles. This is the 3rd time now. Not to mention the sandwiches where not made correctly. I like firehouse but it's getting to where I dint want to order from there anymore

Ordered 3 subs, one had no meat at all and the other two were completely wrong. This is my third time going here and every time my order has been wrong. I don’t think a fourth time is in the future for me. HOW DO YOU NOT PUT THE MEAT ON A SUB?
This place will be next in line of closed shops. So much more to say but it’s not worth it.

Wow just wow I placed an order on uber eats for a buy one get one and when I called to ask why was only one sandwich the lady was talking to me and this man clearly rips the phone from her with an accent and starts yelling at me. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. I’ve never been talked to like this.

Food was really good. It was our first time trying Firehouse and we got the Firehouse Captain Club and the Caribbean Jerk Turkey and they both were amazing.

The subs tasted very good. They did not have a lot of vegetarian options, and gluten-free bread cost $3 extra, which sucks. But overall, the experience was nice.

Ordered three sandwich’s and while eating mine. I bit into a hard piece of thick plastic. Tooth hurts and gums bleeding. I called the store and spoken Camron the manager. Explained what happened. He told me he didn’t know what to do or how to handle this situation. I asked for another manger above him. He told me the guy who runs the store the owner was Australian and was visiting family in Australia. I asked for a refund or credit for the food we bought. Camron stated he didn’t know how to handle this. He was useless. I told him never mind and with my tooth and gums still hurting I hung up. I will never step foot in this place again. Especially when you pay $15 dollars for a large sandwich that has very little meat on it.

4 times I ordered from here and each time something was wrong. Just this recent one, I ordered a sub with extra meat, ordered a cookie, and a drink. Did NOT receive my drink or my cookie. The extra meat was not added at all. $30 for a basic sub. I can spend $30 at sheetz and receive $30 worth of food. Meaning, I receive what I ordered and they don't tell me to take it up with doordash. Its come to this, I will choose gas station food anyway from here on out.
