Awful& very frustrating company policy for online pick up to drop the fries when I get there. I feel bad knocking the store for this. If I had time to wait for the fries I wouldn’t have ordered on the app. Additionally, there is an “I am here” button on the app that I tried to use to circumvent the, “we want you to have fresh fries” nonsense. Why is that there if I’m going to wait either way? How is it reasonable that I ordered it at 4:27 and it was “ready in 8-13 minutes” and now I am in the lobby at 5:11 and it’s not ready? As an adult, I should be responsible enough to get my food on time or deal with it being cold

Five Guys, it's a classical approach to burgers. Making out in the open, the claim of how fresh they are, everything made day of. This location is pretty good. The staff were quick on the spot, and the wait time was around 15-20 minutes. Not fast fast food pace, but something you can wait for a bit then pick up. Food was pretty good, not healthy, but they do have healthier options for people looking for that, too.
If you want five guys, come to this place and get you something, not much else to say. 👍

The lady that wears the face mask, is the sweetest person I think I’ve ever met. The hispanic guy that works there is nice as well. Absolutely can’t stand the (big) old Puerto Rican chicks that work there. They think they can talk about people in Spanish & no one understands. We can hear you loud and clear! Those are the rude workers customers are complaining about.
