I really like eating at this chain of restaurants, but today's experience at this place was the worst. The staff is completely ignoring the people standing at the cash register to order or pay for their order. When I received an order that included fries, I didn't get ketchup. Then, I stood at the cash register for about seven minutes waiting for someone to come over and ask for ketchup. It wasn't freely available. The staff walked past until I started yelling loudly.

Hands down one of the worst McDonald establishments I’ve have ever stepped foot in. The manager was horrible. The restaurant was filthy. The floors were so sticky my shoes stuck to the floor. They refused to give a refund and after waiting for over 35 minutes I got served food that my dog wouldn’t even eat. So honestly because of the piss poor service and food at this location I will no longer bring any business to McDonalds

It was so congested in the drive thru so we went inside & had to wait 15 minutes before we were waited on & no-one was in front of us in line. Very disappointed in the slow service here. However the SF French Vanilla Iced Coffee was delicious.

We've been coming here for years, but the last time we went, the burgers were cooked rare despite our request for well-done and the fries weren't fully cooked.
This location historically has been good, so maybe the workers that day just decided not to give a crap.

When I went and there was probably eight workers and no customers and it took 45 minutes to get a cheeseburger and a Happy Meal and my coffee which for some reason they tried to give me iced coffee when I clearly ordered hot coffee and their excuse was the machine is broken so they figured they will come up with a random item for me this is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to

This place is ghetto, couldn’t use the bathroom because it was disgusting, then a worker named Edie was messing with his girlfriend I’m assuming, dang near going in the girls bathroom to get her. Then we waited almost 30 for an order we placed on line it 2 small simple things don’t take this long.
I get it. Cater to the women first but when I'm sitting here and you tend to people who came in after me there is an issue. I dint know what the bias is towards men in there but I'm there should be no reason why nobody asked me why iw as waiting when I can clearly see my order was ready behind a bunch of workers. Everyone looked at me and said nothing and that is simply their job to meet and greet people at the register. Not play dumb question games in the back.

I ordered a fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce when I took a bite of the sandwich. It was some type of paper or something in my food when I called to let them know about it. The person on the phone said That I can come and get another sandwich when I explain to her that I was already on the other side of town, she replied are you just calling just to talk. The problem is, I would never eat there again, because now I’m grossed and I was out already suspect of fast food and this just confirmed it.
