Waited over 30 minutes for a online order, they forgot a sandwich. And got one of our toppings on a sandwich totally wrong! Never going back! Also dirty floors French fry’s all over, and sticky counters..
We ordered subs for our high school bball team. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to get our boys fed even offering early pickup before opening to get us to the game on time. The food was well prepared, packaged and delicious. Thank you for your great service and the extra goodies we can’t wait until you come to Valpo so we can visit more often!

Staff was wonderful, attendant and kind! Uber eats, canceled my order 5 minutes before they were supposed to deliver. It had been a long work day and I was Hangry! Your team made it better and the food as always is delicious.

I love this place and come often. Today I was getting dinner for my family and noticed roaches crawling o. The floor coming from the prep area . I should have taken photos. Unfortunately. I will not go back.

This store can't read a door dash receipt correctly to save their jobs. Every single time I order from here, something is screwed up or missing from my order. Drive a couple of minutes south and just go to the parma store, save yourself from this monstrosity.

We ordered through Grub Hub. It was cold and tasted horrible. They claim the French fries are fresh cut. NOT. The lemonade wasn’t bad. It’s not freshly made like they claim but still okay.
