why is it so hard to follow a recipe that’s displayed for you? never a manager at the location, just a bunch of high school student and young adults with zero experience how to run a business, zero customer service, just all bad, i’d say this is the worst pulp in cleveland surrounding area!

Always friendly staff when I come in the morning before work. When they are busy they still greet you when you come and ask for a moment why they finish other orders. Wait time is always less then 5 minutes and everything is always good quality.

The past 8 times I have come they are out of things. They almost never have the things to make what I order which is just basic menu items. I'm not understanding why the manager can't keep things stocked appropriately.

I’m just a mom who really wanted a smoothie with a sleeping kid in the car. This amazing worker answered my phone call to make me a smoothie while I sat in the parking lot with my kid then watched my car for me while I paid for the smoothie (quickly) used the restroom. 10/10. That girl is an angel.

I really hoped owner or management would be more involved with lack customer service, poor knowledge of the menu item and ingredients, and not to mention they have kids working with out manager the majority of the time. Invest into your business and employees if want to be successful, stop being filled with greeeeeeeeeeed!

I love pulp the workers are extremely nice especially one worker in particular her name is Mariah. She’s so sweet and her attitude brightens up the room along with all her coworkers. I love the look of the place and the drinks plus the food is amazing and taste extravagant. I definitely recommend!!

It’s been about 7 months since I e been into this location. My wife and I stopped coming here because of the service and it was very dirty . So today I decided to give them a try and surprisingly it was very very clean ! I had to ask the young man what his name was Alexis .. I gave him a compliment on how he was keeping clean and ankeira for the great service !
Very poor service, they got my order wrong and before I was able to correct them and ask if I could get the right order both employees ran to the back at stayed there for 15 minutes until I left
