I encountered one of THE WORST customer service experiences I have ever been through yesterday...The young lady was very rude and disrespectful!...I had to get my drink remade after waiting an unusually long time for service and then after it was re-made improperly, I had THE HARDEST time trying to get my money returned...I frequent other pulp locations and I have never endured this type of service.

Waited over 30 minutes to get a PB&G bowl - they made everyone else's order ahead of mine even though I had ordered first - only started making it because I asked when it would be ready. I should've just asked for a refund. Person making it asked me if peanut butter goes in it - it's literally in the name (Peanut butter, Banana, & Granola)

Turns out, they had made the whole thing with yogurt & granola, didn't put any honey or bananas in it, & then put a small spoonful of peanut butter on top (after asking me).

I will never go back to this location - long wait & they didn't even make it right (didn't even know what they were making). No thank you.

Been here about 5 times now and each time. None of the work acknowledges a customer. Just to simply say, Hello. Be with you in a moment. The girls are always messing with their phone and unprofessional. I don’t want to see that your bra is black strapped with cheetah print. Today, I was denied service 20 minutes before their stated close time. The girl said they close early to prepare for closing. I heard the other parma location has a better staff. So gonna try there.

My husband arrived at 8:40pm on Thursday, July 1st to a “closed” store when they were supposed to close at 9pm.
The employee told me she was “testing the keys” when asked if they were still open.
She then yelled to another employee to ask if they were closed. We were then told that they were closed because they were cleaning the blenders. Unprofessional, inconsiderate, and rude.
Will not return.

45 mins for smoothie is EXTREME. I can’t believe it took that long.

The place is busy enough, no reason to keep the place under staffed.
The one lady with glasses seems like she was trying her best with little to no support from her coworker. No sense of urgency at all.
Friendly enough but just need to pick up the pace by at least 50% and/or hire a 3rd worker.

I would go there regularly, but sadly I can’t dedicate nearly an hour waiting on drink. I can’t imagine too many people can. I personally witnessed 3 customers walk out due to slow service.

Service is horrible spent 20 minutes waiting just for someone to take my order the two girls working there today just kept looking at me and my girlfriend and going to the back the DoorDash tablet was going off near the register and the one girl came to turn it off and didn’t even acknowledge us waiting at the register to order then when they finally did acknowledge us and take our order the chubbier one was ignorant as hell to us on top of waiting 20 minutes to order we waited another 30 minutes for our smoothies to be made I get that when working in a fast food place it can be busy and sometimes you have to wait but that is just ridiculous then she told another customer that she isn’t taking anymore orders for 30 minutes what type of service is that if you can’t handle the busyness then why are you working in this type of work since I been waiting for my order she told five people that she isn’t taking anymore orders orders that is crazy I wouldn’t recommend coming to this place

Get rid of the slow workers. Period. Places like this with a constant flow of customers need to have staff who move with urgency. Don’t pivot around like your hip is bad. Hop to it folks. That kinda motion signals customers to tip you. 🫡

Service was good but when I got home I realized I didn’t get what I ordered. I ordered the premier flavor Blue Spin something and it was green instead of blue. I guess they forgot to add something to it.

why is it so hard to follow a recipe that’s displayed for you? never a manager at the location, just a bunch of high school student and young adults with zero experience how to run a business, zero customer service, just all bad, i’d say this is the worst pulp in cleveland surrounding area!

Always friendly staff when I come in the morning before work. When they are busy they still greet you when you come and ask for a moment why they finish other orders. Wait time is always less then 5 minutes and everything is always good quality.

The past 8 times I have come they are out of things. They almost never have the things to make what I order which is just basic menu items. I'm not understanding why the manager can't keep things stocked appropriately.
