I'm completely removing 3 stars from my previous review. This place is ridiculous. I ordered from Door Dash. The buy 1, get 1 free deal. Chicken with fried rice and veggies. Door Dash gives me wrong order. I call Sarku, they tell me that if i want fried rice I'd have to go pick it up! Really?! So what's the purpose of delivery? I got a bowl of sticky, horrible rice, and chicken. I ordered fried rice and veggies with my chicken. I know half the problem was Door Dash, but nothing was done to solve problem. At least refund me for something that I wasn't able to eat! It was disgusting! The guy that answered the phone was unprofessional, unkind! All for the money, never for the client!

Soooo today I went into the resurtant before work and got 2 shrimp and chicken , I take it to work and me and cowork open the box our first meal of the day , my coworker had a hair in hers and I had no shrimp.. I take it back up there they act like they didn't wanna redo it or give me anything for the inconvenience, they remade her food with the hair and threw a few shrimp on mines and I get back we open our food again and BOOM another hair smh I been going to them for a while now and it's starting to seem like they don't care anymore..

It's a hit or miss with this place. You really have to check your food before leaving. Got a Bento box and my sushi rice waa all hard and uncooked..the lettuce on my salad was wilted and disgusting. Ordered and had to pay 3.99 on some noodles that were soggy, overcooked, no tatse and bland. My Ramen noodle tastes better that what I had to pay for. Go to the mall instead and spend there.

They forgot my sushi, gave me white rice instead of fried rice , and didn't include vegetables even though I said yes to vegetables. Got me for at least $15 for the missing items I paid for
I was excited to try this place for the first time but was let down in many ways. The workers did not care to greet or create a welcoming atmosphere. The food had no flavor and was not very hot either. The pot stickers dry and no dipping sauce.unless you want an uocharge. The noodles all congealed together... i dont think I'd return.

I’ve asked for less rice and extra veggies three times now. Everytime I get barely any veggies and tons rice. Come on!!!! The entire container is all rice below the chicken. Got charged extra $1.99 for what? Just noticed on receipt when I got home. Extra chicken was $2.69. Asked for extra sauce when they handed me the bag and they said it was on it. So they didn’t add more. They have to go sauce cups sitting there. Rude. Lastly the chicken doesn’t taste anything close to the mall. Won’t go back.
