This is the Brooklyn, Ohio location. Ordered take out. Everything was spelled out on the order. Picked up and got back at the hospital. Missing 2 sides of ranch for the fries. Missing A1 and ketchup. No utensils. But I did get their large soup container of butter for the bread and 6 small containers of butter. 😯 We just ordered burgers with cheese fries. The burgers were cooked well done. Not what was ordered. The major disappointment is zero condiments that were ordered and no utensils. I rarely order takeout from Texas Roadhouse. But when I do, there usually no issues. At least back home at my Indiana location. I don't recommend. If you do take out here, check for everything before you leave.

I ordered take-out, I received my massage your food is ready for pick up. I go up to the window, a woman with glasses comes up and asked do you have an order? I said yes. She hands me the order no smile, no have a good day or any customer service skills. I could go to anywhere, what companies need to understand it’s the experience that makes the difference. If you don’t like your job leave! That is why a lot of restaurants are closing down!

My husband and I had a wonderful time on our date night here tonight! The food and atmosphere was good as usual, but our server Jada was great! I never usually write reviews, but she did such a great job I felt it was called for. She was very attentive, friendly and anticipated our needs. Her service was exceptional even when the dinner rush picked up and she was also serving a large party. She went above and beyond and made our night! :)

Update: stopped here numerous times including tonight (8-7-25), even tho they close at 9, we got seated at 820. Even with just getting there, all the staff we encountered had positive attitudes. Our waiter Peter was so friendly & on top of rolls & checking with us if we needed anything. We will definitely be back soon. The food was hot, delicious & fresh! So happy with this evening
This was my first experience at Texas Roadhouse restaurant. It was very clean & sanitized especially with COVID-19. The BREAD & CINNAMON HONEY BUTTER is out-of-this-world. For appetizers, we ordered fried pickles (ranch dipping sauce) & chili cheese fries (ranch dipping sauce). I got the smokehouse burger & substituted a loaded baked potato instead of fries & my s/o got the pulled pork sandwich meal. Everything was delicious! Our waiter did amazing - he was good at refills & coming to check if we needed anything.
