The rolls are good. Ordered a dozen rolls and an extra cinnamon butter for their to go. The same rolls they have on hand all the time. Still waited over an hour for them to be ready. I don’t understand how. Then I got home and I’m short two rolls. I wouldn’t have cared about the missing rolls if I didn’t wait an hour for them.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. To start, our salads took about 30 minutes to come out. When our steaks came out, one out of seven of the steaks were cooked correctly. Three were so bad that they were sent back, only to get replaced with three steaks that were again cooked incorrectly. One of the steaks was supposed to be medium rare and it was blue rare at best. The porterhouse was somehow medium rare, medium, and well, depending on which part of the steak you were looking at. We found out that three other tables were sending steaks back. Worst Texas Roadhouse I’ve ever been too.

My mother and I had dinner at Texas Roadhouse and our server was Dionna! I want to emphasize that I have been to Texas Roadhouse MANY times but this time was the absolute best. Dionna had amazing service, she was fun, engaging, lovable, and honestly THE BEST server I've had while at Texas Roadhouse. This visit was absolutely amazing. I had the 12 oz. Ribeye Steak with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli and as a person whose favorite food is steak, the steak was amazing and juicy. My mother had the Porterhouse Steak with a baked potato and green beans. We appreciated her and her service so much and wish her the absolute best in the restaurant!

Casey was our server, and HE WAS GREAT! He was super personable and was very helpful with our menu questions. My steak was over cooked and he immediately took it back to get me a new one. The manager came our table to see what she could to make it up to me. I told her not to worry about it and as long as the steak came out medium rare that's all I needed. She was also very nice and helpful. When I got my check I realized they took $5 off anyways, even though it wasn't necessary. We had a very enjoyable meal and we'll definitely be back!!!

I really like Texas Roadhouse in general but this is by far my least favorite location. The takeout is staffed by people who have no business interacting with other humans. Their customer service skills are lacking. On the weekends there is an armed police officer for security which doesn’t exactly imply fine dining. Crowd control? Theft? Yikes. The food is usually at this location ok but can be hit or miss.

To Matthew Bellis. Jennica McGee and Emilee Conner: upon entering your establishment there was a couple in front of us that approached your hostess stand and were told that the wait was 45-55 minutes they walked out. We walked up next and were told the same but had the time to wait and gave my name and phone number. At 2:43 I received the confirmation text and at 2:45 the next text came that out table was ready. Clearly they were trying to manipulate the situation. That behavior is dishonest, unethical, and deeply disrespectful to the servers who earn their income through hard work. Allowing it to continue reflects poorly on leadership. Had we listened to their lies we would not have experienced the best service that I have seen in awhile. Gino H. was amazing. He was exceptionally attentive and quick, always anticipating needs before they were even asked. His responsiveness and focus made a noticeable difference in the overall experience. His professionalism and care are the only reason for the positive rating. I hope you address the training opportunities you have with the 2-3 hostess on new years eve. And hope to see customer service as exemplified by Gino moving forward.

My gf and I were in a time crunch to go see the new Anaconda movie (absolutely phenomenal as well btw) she sat us right away and got us in and out without it feeling rushed. 10/10 cannot recommend enough!
