My mother and I had dinner at Texas Roadhouse and our server was Dionna! I want to emphasize that I have been to Texas Roadhouse MANY times but this time was the absolute best. Dionna had amazing service, she was fun, engaging, lovable, and honestly THE BEST server I've had while at Texas Roadhouse. This visit was absolutely amazing. I had the 12 oz. Casey was our server, and HE WAS GREAT! He was super personable and was very helpful with our menu questions. My steak was over cooked and he immediately took it back to get me a new one. The manager came our table to see what she could to make it up to me. I told her not to worry about it and as long as the steak came out medium rare that's all I needed. She was also very nice and helpful. When I got my check I realized they took $5 off anyways, even though it wasn't...
Kudos to Dionna at the Ridge park sq restaurant! Went to celebrate a birthday and had Dionna as our server - Dionna was really pleasant, great attitude and checked on us consistently.
