The wings were hard! I don't like hard meat of any kind!
Third time and the last ordering from this WingStop location. All 3 times they had trouble finding my order in their system. I patiently waited and they did locate it. Unfortunately they forgot to include part of our takeout order and after getting home we called. The staff said she'd check with the manager and I was informed we needed to bring the entire order back and they would check it. I only asked if I could come in tomorrow and get the 4 missing chicken tenders. TOO much aggravation at this location. Also while sitting there waiting I noticed several other people were frustrated picking up their orders. Food that we received was hot but nothing special.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS 0 STARS I WOULD, THEY LITERALLY STOLE $18.08 FROM ME. I WENT TO 2 SEPERATE ESTABLISHMENTS AFTER BEING TOLD SOMETHING ABOUT A DIFFERENT NAME, AND EVEN CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS GIVEN THE LIE AND RUNAROUND. I DID NOT GET REFUND BACK...
Absolutely disappointed.
I ordered Cajun wings and made it very clear I wanted Cajun—yet what I got were bland, barely-seasoned wings that tasted like someone waved a seasoning bottle over them and called it a day. When I went back to address it, I was told I should’ve ordered “wet Cajun,” which isn’t even a selectable option on the website. There’s one Cajun flavor listed—so how is that my fault?
On top of that, they’re advertising a promo for five free wings, but suddenly this location is “the only one” not honoring it. Seriously? False advertising and terrible customer service is a horrible combo. I left frustrated, hungry, and feeling ripped off.

It’s Saturday 4:00pm July 26 I came in for pick up !!! I must say the manager on duty, it was a man I didn’t get his name unfortunately BUT He was amazing ! super nice, great personally helped me order the correct fries that wasn’t available online and overall amazing ! It was a heavier set lady who was not nice at all but the manager accommodated me SO WELL she didn’t even bother me too much, definitely should have her in the back and have the nice people upfront, this is my first time coming here and this is hands down the freshes, fastest, best wing stop I’ve ever been too ! Thank you for your kindness Mr.manager who was on shift :)

I placed an order online. Wait time was over an hour so I wanted to cancel. The email sent to me says to call the store to cancel. I call. They tell me I have to cancel online. I don’t have an account with wingstop. There’s no way for me to cancel my order. They just tell you to figure it out. Customer service is trash.

Review: Wingstop - Brooklyn
While the culinary offerings at this establishment generally impressed, a notable lapse in execution and service significantly detracted from the overall experience.
The majority of dishes presented were expertly prepared, showcasing a commendable understanding of flavor and technique. However, the presence of a raw chicken tender is an unacceptable oversight, raising concerns about kitchen protocols. It suggests either a lapse in quality control or, more troublingly, a deliberate act given the otherwise well-cooked nature of the other items.
The service, specifically from one individual, was deeply concerning. Upon receiving my order, the employee in question offered a peculiar grin, which I initially dismissed as a momentary lapse. Yet, their subsequent interactions with other patrons, characterized by cheerful smiles and complimentary fry samples, starkly contrasted with their demeanor towards me. My request for a sample was met with a demand for direct payment to the employee, rather than the establishment – an unprofessional and highly irregular request. This series of events leads me to believe there may have been a personal motive behind this individual's behavior, despite my lack of prior acquaintance with them. Such differential and disrespectful treatment is entirely unacceptable in a professional service setting.
Despite these significant service and preparation issues, the restaurant's atmosphere was clean and well-organized, contributing positively to the dining environment.
In conclusion, while the food's quality was largely commendable, the singular incident of the raw tender and the profoundly unprofessional conduct of an employee severely impacted my visit. Consequently, the service quality merits a score of 1 out of 10. My overall rating for this location is 7.7 out of 10, primarily salvaged by the otherwise good food and pleasant ambiance.

Maybe it’s just a New York thing, but I walked in to order a chicken sandwich and fries—and over 20 minutes later, I’m still waiting. When I asked, the woman behind the counter said, “Oh, it should be ready in another 10 minutes.” Seriously? I need to wait 30 minutes for this?
You’re a Wingstop. Why isn’t this prepped and ready to go? If I ordered the same thing at Chick-fil-A, I’d be out the door in three minutes.

The food here is usually good, but tonight I ordered later than usual around 11pm, still didn’t expect bad service. I’m pregnant & looked forward to my spicy original hot wings but was given a totally different order. Obviously I’m starving so I still ate was I was given but I am disappointed. On another note, dining area is messy as always & staff never ever greets or acknowledges customers. Might be done with WingStop all together soon even thou I enjoy the food most times.
