This is my go to wingstop however today I ordered 8 Cajun and was instead given what taste like 8 original hot. I tried calling to tell them and they did not answer the phone because the line was busy. Got a hold of them, where very friendly and quickly fixed my concerns

This is disappointing, I love wingstop back home in Florida. The lady at the counter was very friendly. I ordered a 10 piece LEMOn Pepper and guess what? There was no LEMON PEPPER they were just baked wings. My bf ordered 10 hot wings and they were barely sauced. The corn was tasty as always, and honestly saved this review from being a 1 ⭐️ The fries were good. But very disappointed by the no seasoning on the wings.
I am super happy finally they have a whole new staff. The food is super fresh. All the crew members are wearing gloves and it’s super! The Night Shift manager is super nice and friendly and she made sure my food was correct before I left! Finally, customer service is coming back! I came in on Wednesday night. If the night manager Joycelyn is there your food will be fresh!

6:15 pm today 3 females workers was outside petting a cat they found or someone brought to the store . As i walked inside the building to the register, two the the woman went inside and started touching the register and food orders . Nobody washed the hands until I asked them to. Extremely unsanitary.

Third time and the last ordering from this WingStop location. All 3 times they had trouble finding my order in their system. I patiently waited and they did locate it. Unfortunately they forgot to include part of our takeout order and after getting home we called. The staff said she'd check with the manager and I was informed we needed to bring the entire order back and they would check it. I only asked if I could come in tomorrow and get the 4 missing chicken tenders. TOO much aggravation at this location. Also while sitting there waiting I noticed several other people were frustrated picking up their orders. Food that we received was hot but nothing special.
