Every time I go, I damn near beg for fresh fries… unfortunately their definition of fresh is to dip old food into old oil and serve it to you hard and burnt. What’s even more depressing? The boneless wings are cooked in big batches and then sit there until someone orders them. New workers, old nasty food. No ma’am No ham No thank you.

Normally this one is cool but I won’t be back here. Chicken barely has sauce . I asked for longer cook time and it’s not cooked hard . Plus it’s greasy .

The Manager was Super Nice but unfortunately only one person at times was wearing gloves all were having conversations over food both leaning and there bottom agianst the paper wrap area nibbling food while working collecting money going over to the soda machine and preparing drinks without washing hands and coming from out side on a break back working without washing hands I must fail them for sanitary reasons

I come here all the time, normally it's long wait times and unprofessional and I don't care because I love the food. However this time we walk in and it's a mess like usual, but who cares, right? However there were 2 people waiting for their online orders and the manager was clearly overwhelmed. We walked right up to the counter at the register, no greeting, then the manager snapped at someone asking about his online order, went two feet away into the kitchen and talked bad about him asking while they were busy where everyone could still hear. Two ladies were at the register counting the drawer inches from us and again didn't say ANYTHING the 10 minutes we were there?! The phone rang and the new girl answered, she then handed the phone to the manager who said hey we're busy, as soon as the drawer is set we'll put your order in. She then said, "Oh hey samir! Okay yeah we'll drop 10 for you right now, sorry we're so busy it's a 45 minute wait for people right now!" Then went into conversation?! Not only were we not greeted or acknowledged literally at the register but she put an order in AHEAD of us and told him about a wait time we weren't aware of until we overheard it?! I never ever write bad reviews but my god, the attitude with the customers, let alone ignoring us was the last straw. We immediately left and just grabbed Cane's for dinner. We love the food but I won't be back because this was so rude and insane

Where to begin, started off with the "manager" who said it would be 5 minutes for fries, 20 minutes later the crew are all screwing around, not working, "manager" watching wrestling on TV instead of making his crew do anything, another 15 minutes go by and we finally get our order, 2 simple $7 chicken sandwiches and fries combo for them to "forget" a sandwich and then proceeds to tell me "it'll be another 10 minutes before it's ready" people don't waste your time or money here.

Absolutely terrible chicken! Gotten them before with no problems but this was the absolute worst we’ve ever had. Chicken was extremely hard and over cooked. This was beyond well done i wouldn’t even give it to my dog!!! And the staff had lots to joke and laugh about instead of helping people. Should’ve laughed to the fryers and dropped some better chicken.

My daughter and I eat wingstop every Sunday from this wingstop and I have to say the wings today were perfectly seasoned I get the dry rub lemon pepper and Louisiana rub today I could taste the seasoning the rub was actually dry and sticking to the wings and perfectly well done. The fries were just right. The guy are super friendly!!! Thank you Tyler, Devin,Kraft (John),Adam,and Garry. You all did a wonderful job!!!!! Thank you!! ?
