They always run out of cheese and sometimes something else, too, especially if you come around 10 or after. Also, the bathroom smells awful, similar to a dirty locker room. It appears relatively clean, but probably needs a deep disinfectant cleaning to get rid of the smell. The Chipotle in Strongsville's bathroom did not have this problem, so I'm not sure what the deal is with Brunswick's Chipotle.

Solid food. Only issue I've noticed is when they are busy, and people who are picking food orders up for delivery apps they have had a few issues. and you really have to force an employee to communicate and help resolve the issue with the delivery person. For example my doordash order for some reason was not found in their system. An employee told me we can't find this order. I asked what can I do to help you find this. They never answered me, ignored me for 10 minutes...

Not the chipotle I remember. I visited after not being in for a few years. They were out of corn salsa at 11am which is when they open. Weird but okay. The portions are laughably small with increasingly ridiculous prices. Won’t be coming back. This is probably why the place was nearly empty instead of busy right at open like I remembering it being years ago. I counted 3 customers and it took us all 20 minutes to get orders placed online…in an empty restaurant. Save your time...
