From the moment I pulled up, she was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and genuinely made the visit feel personal. It’s rare to meet someone who can brighten your whole day in just a few minutes, but she absolutely did. My drink was perfect, my order was quick, and the service was even better. Addyson went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she loves what she does, and it really shows in the way she treats customers. “Been patronizing Bucci's for years. Belong to the birthday club. Have had Easter and Thanksgiving dinners to go. All excellent. Celebrating Dave my husband's birthday today and greeted by Lisa S. our lovely server. Lisa was very attentive and gave us excellent service. The food was fantastic as usual. We both had lasagna, our favorite, with salads and the fantastic bread. The special tonight was chicken paprikash and we couldn't resist to order it to go for tomorrow night's meal. I had enough of my lasagna left for two more meals. Had tiramasu and chocolate cake for dessert. Since we ate late in the afternoon and Saturday night is our "pizza" night, we ordered a deluxe thin crust pizza to go also. Thank you, Lisa, for making our night so special. “I recently had a party catered on 4/13/24 by the North Royalton location. I just want to start off by saying everything was great! From the time I ordered it a week prior and working with Tina, to the delivery service being on time and the food hot and ready. Wonderful service! People were raving about the food, especially the fried chicken. We were a little bit past their delivery area, but they still delivered to us. I would recommend Mama Julianne’s Pizza for everyday and catering needs!“

“I can’t begin to say enough good things about this little bakery. One, they’re inclusive by having vegan and gluten free items. As someone with a dairy allergy, this is heaven sent! I always find things for my husband, but it’s difficult to get myself a little treat at times because of no DF options.

Honey Bee Bakery is beyond adorable in aesthetics. They have a large picture window, table, bookshelf, and chairs you can sit and people watch. It’s also in Medina Commons so there’s extra tables and chairs right outside the shop.

Customer service? Stellar. Friendly, helpful, even asked if I wanted my husband’s normal sweets separated from my DF sweets. Now that is a respectful shop! Prices were very, very reasonable for what you get.

I got my husband a buckeye bar and lemon bar. For myself, two vegan brownies and a churro muffin. Haven’t tried the muffin yet. However, I do recommend splitting a vegan brownie 4 ways. It’s so thick and decadent I’m still nibbling on my first one. Heat it up in the microwave for 10 seconds, and it just melts in your mouth.

10/10 definitely coming back here again! It also seems you can pre-order cakes and they take great pride in high quality.“

“This was a decent experience. The food was excellent except for the bread that was cold and hard as a rock. The waitress was a little less than attentive, but very sweet and polite (Rachel). She was a little busy on an earlier Sunday dinner time. (3pm)

They get a 5 star because my to go order dropped outside and they made me a new one and did not charge me. ❤️

(I did not point out that they packed the bag with the light salad on the bottom and the hot heavy dinner on top causing it to topple over as I walked to my car.)

“Went for the first time yesterday, staff was sooooo nice and patient in explaining the menu and just over all being kind. My mom got just a plain coffee and said it was a little weak for her taste but it was good. I got the German chocolate drink and we both agreed that it was very tasty!“
