“Stopped by for carry-out lunch. The restaurant was pretty empty and the outside looked like it was closed however, the food was much better than expected! Got a 2 meat 2 side combo for $11 or so and it was delicious. I’d go back again. The Honey Chicken was my favorite“

“My husband and I made reservations for Valentine’s Day for a 5 course meal. We made our selections for each course ahead of time. As you may see in other reviews, this was the first time the restaurant offered this type of service for Valentine’s Day. Our amazing server, Jenn, gave us a heads up that the kitchen was behind.

The food did come out pretty late, but I am still leaving a 5-star review for 4 reasons:

1. The quality of service from our server, Jenn. She was kind, calm, and personable. She kept the wine coming and did a great job of setting our expectations and taking care of us wherever she could.

2. The restaurant’s response to the wait time for food. All of the wine we drank that evening (it was a lot) was fully comped. Then, the restaurant went above and beyond by sending everyone a $50 gift certificate for future use. I don’t think many restaurants would do that.

3. The quality of food when it finally arrived. Yes it took some time to get to our table, but the food was phenomenal! Still dreaming of that filet Oscar. Worth every penny!

4. The wine. Michael Angelo’s has always had amazing wine at an incredible price, and we definitely enjoyed our fair share this particular evening! I can think of a lot worse situations to be in than waiting for a meal with some great wine in the company of my best friend.

Yes there were some hiccups, but we will absolutely be back if they decide to try this type of service again.“

“I was happily surprised to find the King Tut, Egyptian Street Food truck at my niece’s graduation party! The owners were helpful in explaining the menu and delightful to chat with. The food is delicious, full of flavor and seasoned perfectly. Even some of my family members, who are not that adventurous with food, raved about the various selections they tried!“

“On Tuesday, June 17th, 18 old ladies and gents "dropped in" for lunch, thinking arrangements had been made for us. Someone slipped up. The restaurant already had a healthy number of customers but the staff hustled tables, chairs, setups, etc. and in no time, we were soon seated and making our food choices. You can get heat anywhere, but heat with flavor is the best! The atmosphere is brightly colored yet has a relaxed and romantic feel with the Indian music playing in the background and the candles on the tables. By far, our favorite and highly recommend!“

“I had heard about this place on one of my gluten free pages, and was excited to try it. With a gluten allergy & highly sensitive to MSG, I made sure to call first and make sure they offered true gluten free items and that they didn’t use MSG. I spoke to the woman who answered the phone for awhile. I asked her all kinds of questions about the food & explained my allergies. I believe the woman I spoke with is the owner. She was extremely kind & helpful, and extremely accommodating. She told me she is also GF & highly sensitive to MSG. We chatted for a bit and she made some meal suggestions, and was happy to customize things. I got to the restaurant and she was just as kind and welcoming in person! We chatted a bit more and then I went home to enjoy my food. And I will say that the food was delicious!😋 It was so nice to finally be able to enjoy Chinese food again and not have to worry about getting extremely sick doing.
