“I don't normally write reviews but, this is an exception! I ordered online delivery, and apparently delivery for this Marcos, ends at 11:30, and I missed that (my typical self ?), so I called and told them that I didn't have a way out there to get it, and then decided that I could probably walk down, and get my son's car, to drive out there. The man on the phone was SUPER nice, and he made the choice to find someone to bring it to me, so that I didn't have to try and get out there. Then, the guy that delivered it, was SUPER nice, as well. I did leave a tip from my card, but this is one of those moments where I wish I had had, cash on hand, to give him another tip! I work in a restaurant, and I know how frustrating these types of situations can be, but I was treated with respect and ultimate kindness, which makes me want to go above and beyond for our own customers. “My original review was very low after receiving an order that was less than satisfactory when it came to both the food and the service we received last week at the Ice House.The owner then reached out to us and apologized for the mishaps via a hand written letter and then funded us with a gift card to cover our next order.The food the second time around was much better, I am pleased with what was received and appreciate the owner caring about their business and their customers.“
“Our compliments to the staff! Christina was our server tonight and did excellent. Very polite and prompt to the table. Very attentive!The food... Wow! We ordered the pork chop dinner and blackened chicken dinner. Absolutely no complaints. The meat was very juicy and seasoned well. There would have been pictures, but rating was an after thought, lol“
“The food here has never dissapointed me, and the quality has been spectacular every time! The pizza, calzones, and chicken are all extremely tasty, and when I order from this restaraunt it always feels like I'm treating myself! So yummy!The staff have always been friendly, and they all appear to be working very hard! Go get 'em guys! When I place an order online it always seems to be done before the estimated pickup time, and when I pick up my order there's never any confusion or misunderatanding (can't say the same for all online ordering experiences from other restaraunts). Their on ther "A Game" and give me the right order every time.Parking: Parking lot is VERY small, with only about 7-9 spots available. However, I've never had any issue finding a spot. I can imagine it being more difficult in a larger vehicle, though (I drive a little 2-door Honda Civic). There is a drive-thru available, which I'm sure would be preferable to parking if you're driving a pickup truck or minivan or anything of that general size.“
