“The service was good it the server and staff were very nice and friendly. I believe I'm just used to a faster paced service compared to the part of town they are located in.Food was pretty good. I didn't have anything that said man I need to have this again.The layout of the building was very nice, but the axe throwing was the star of the show. I've been to a few axe throwing places and this was one by far on just pure axing was the best. The interactive gaming system they have set up feels cutting edge and is absolutely amazing keeps and bonds ahead of any place I've been to.Overall the experience was amazing.“
“One of my favorites. Wood fired crust. Think I prefer it over Firedstone. First discovered it at the Chamber Reverse Raffle. Had a taste of the pickle pizza. Really good, but not sure I'd like an entire pizza. I prefer the pepperoni. Only concern is the limited hours. Closed Mondays and closes pretty early even on Friday and Saturday by many standards. So get there early and enjoy!!!“
“Ordered out on a Friday night, pizza and wings. Wait time was a little extended (15-20 minutes) longer than told. Not a big deal. Pizza was great! Wings, not bad. The boss likes her wings a little more coated but they were good. Several people were complaining about the wait time. Saying they'd gone over 45 minutes to an hour plus over what they were told. The place was EXTREMELY busy as were the line workers, it just seemed their flow wasn't coming together and wasn't very organized. We have no complaints about the food at all. Maybe they can come up with a better plan though to keep things moving a little better? Maybe they were short handed on help? There were 4 or 5 working, several delivery drivers running, I don't think the orders were flowing and in order though. But they sure were trying... And to the lady that threw a fit about wait time, you could have been a tad more courteous since others were waiting too, it wasn't all about you but ya did get us all to laugh cause it really got ya nowhere... ??♂️“
“Eating at Stefano's was an awesome experience! They have a small fancy dining area, and a larger, very chill, bar room. My friends and I ate in the dining room and had a great time!The food was astounding, we had the option to get drinks from the bar, even if we weren't sitting there, and the service was perfect! 100% would genuinely recommend it!Wheelchair accessibility: The opening doesn't have a lip that makes it difficult for wheelchair users to access. Should have limited issues accessing the facility.“
“The pizza & breadsticks were really good! And even though i messed up when i ordered online, they were super quick to get my order made.I ordered online and accidentally got switched to Archbold Marco's and paid when I ordered it. I didn't realize this til I went to pick it up. Luckily, the Manager-in-Training (I believe his name was Dylan) was nice enough to help me by calling Archbold and explaining what happened. He got them to cancel my order and refund my money! He was super friendly and understanding even while I was freaking out. I would definitely recommend and order there again!“
“This store is under new management and so far the new manager has taken over and customer service has gotten better! And ive been seeing alot more tasty food choices to pick from.Parking: 8 Gas pumps to park and fuel up and than maybe 15 total spaces for just convenient parking.“
“i went there for the first time a couple days ago with my husband. less than $40 gave us two meals, drinks, & an appetizer. it was absolutely delicious and the person serving us was nice. food does take a little while due to staffing but it tasted so so good! i highly recommend.“
“I've been ordering from this Little Caesars for 5 years now and the management & employees have always been... let's say "suspect" the majority of the time. And unfortunately with that, the product was never up to par with other Little Caesars. In fact, this store LITERALLY got my order incorrect 6 times in a row. Nothing majorly wrong & not the end of the world, but still incorrect 6 separate times in a row!?This past Saturday night I walked in and the guy at the counter actually acted like he had a clue and you could see that he cared. And not just that, he was very efficient, kind & helpful! My order was scheduled to be ready between 6:09-6:14, but was actually done way ahead of time, not way late like other times in the past! The best part was that my order was actually correct this time and it looked & tasted great!Dear Management, I'm a business owner & I know good employees when I see them. Please be sure to do whatever you can to keep the employees that were working in the evening this past Saturday, April 6th. Your business will flourish if you do.“
“Cool place. The wife and I drive over from New Haven once or twice a month. We have tried numerous menu items, and all have been above average, and at a fair price. Nice selection of craft beers from 4KD Crick, which is right next door, and others. We always sit at the bar rail (unless we have the grandkids), and service is always prompt and friendly. A fun place to go, as is 4KD Crick.“
