“Good, juicy, hot burger made to order, accurate and fast. Kind staff. Fries needed more salt and possibly cooked longer. Were not golden and their normal crispy. I ordered online counter carryout. I was given cups to fill my own drink. If they had Coca-Cola Freestyles, I might like to pick my drink, but I'm used to my drinks being filled for carryout. I was in a hurry, traveling. Drinks need to be waiting with the pickup order. Also had to ask for a drink carrier.”

“By and large, Wendy’s has a better hamburger than McDonald’s. Have been going to the Buckeye Lake Ohio Wendy’s for 25+ years. Today was a first. I had not eaten in the dining room since before Covid. I usually get drive thru but my husband and I decided to eat in today. What a terrible disappointment. I wanted to place a separate take out order so my husband got the straws and napkins and got a table while I waited on my salad to take home. There were only 2 other tables of people so the store was not that busy. The store was dirty with food all over the floor. When I complained, I was told that they are under construction. I told them that food all over the floor is not construction related. One trash can was over-flowing and there was no place to put your garbage. They were out of spoons in the dining room so I had to ask for spoons for our frosties. There was no ketchup in the dining room so I had to go back and ask for ketchup. My second trip to the counter, I asked if there was a manager around. The cashier pointed to a lady. She looked in my direction and then turned her back and walked away. This is the worse experience I have ever had at this store in the 25+ years I have been going there. I’m so disappointed. But yes I would still recommend Wendy’s food.”

“This is my go to local stop with my girls. No other place compares to Rolls. The staff treats you kind and are always welcoming. They greet you when you pull up to the speaker. Ask how you are. Something that is lacking in most drive thru experiences. Most places just say “order when ready” or “what can I get you”. Nothing personal. At Rolls you get that family feel. Their rolls are outstanding especially when heated for a few seconds. The long johns beat any in Licking County. Simply because the cream in them is light and very whipped. Not heavy and greasy. The oatmeal cream pies are also one of my favs. Honestly I have never had anything bad from there. The lattes are tasty as well. I have never tried the bagels but my friend says they are awesome so I’ll be getting one next time. Give them a try the next time you “roll” into town 😉 You won’t be sorry. They are a great small family owed business that strives to please each customer. I wish them nothing but the best!”

“Sept 16, 2021 We just ate here today. They have new owners. Manny and her husband are no longer there. We were sad not to see Manny and her husband. But we decided to give it a try. Also, it is now open 7 days a week to indoor dining. The new owners are trying to keep the food and menu the same as before, and was trained how to make the same dishes and use same products as previous owners. They are doing a very good job too. Our food was spot on. Great service by our waitress, Monica. She is very sweet and friendly. We met the new owner but I don’t remember his name. He was a very nice gentleman. Great cook. We had the Pad se ew and Yaki Soba. Very good. Don’t hesitate to give them a try. Great Service and great food. Chuck and Patty Also note, they have no way to update this Facebook”
