Wasn't crowded. We spilled a drink and she helped us clean it up without acting like it was a hassle. Food was really good. Place was clean. We could actually have conversation. It was nice.

When I spend $31.16 on a delivery order for a entree salad and a sub I expect to get what I ordered! I asked for extra dressing for Mt sub and salad. I requested 4 packets they gave me 2. Not acceptable when they charge what they do. That's why I don't usually order from them because they never get it right when it cones to delivery. Lesson learned. I will go back to not ordering from them!!!!

First off, we love Donatos Pizza! This store is normally fast and efficient. However, our last visit-not so much. I arrived at the designated time and I saw my order on the warming tray. The clerk told me that they were just waiting on my sub to be made. 20 minutes later I was asked if I could have ordered under a different name because they couldn’t find my sub order. I showed her my confirmation email and a few minutes later they found my sub. It was placed on the wrong order....read full review
