Wasn't crowded. We spilled a drink and she helped us clean it up without acting like it was a hassle. Food was really good. Place was clean. We could actually have conversation. It was nice.
When I spend $31.16 on a delivery order for a entree salad and a sub I expect to get what I ordered! I asked for extra dressing for Mt sub and salad. I requested 4 packets they gave me 2. Not acceptable when they charge what they do. That's why I don't usually order from them because they never get it right when it cones to delivery. Lesson learned. I will go back to not ordering from them!!!!

Apparently Donato's is using Yelp to help with their deliveries. I placed an order through Yelp which in turn, gave it to GrubHub. I did not receive the order. The contact number I received in my receipt email told me I put in the wrong phone number AND address and my money could not be refunded. My phone number and addressed are confirmed in the email and are correct. The charge DID go through on my credit card. Obviously I will take this up with my credit card company. But obviously I will not be using Donato's ever again. Used to be a great pizza place. Now apparently yet another online scale.

Haven't been in Ohio for a few years, tried a pep and cheese pizza and a big Don with sausage. The pizza isn't the same and as in the 70s and 80s when Donatos grew into a dominant chain in Central Ohio. The The sausage on the big Don used to be a patty its been replaced by sausage pellets. Over all pretty run of the mill taste. Jim Grote would be disappointed. The service was even worse.

First off, we love Donatos Pizza! This store is normally fast and efficient. However, our last visit-not so much. I arrived at the designated time and I saw my order on the warming tray. The clerk told me that they were just waiting on my sub to be made. 20 minutes later I was asked if I could have ordered under a different name because they couldn’t find my sub order. I showed her my confirmation email and a few minutes later they found my sub. It was placed on the wrong order. They were very apologetic. Since the sub was a reward and didn’t cost me anything, I couldn’t complain about the mix up. It could happen to anyone. Just disappointed in the unnecessary delay. Other than that, the food was great!
