“My mother and I visited today, she is 87 and the customer service was phenomenal! they saw us coming and opened all the doors and set us close by. The food was fabulous, The guacamole incredible! there was not one aspect of our visit today that was subpar everything was wonderful. Great job!“
“From the moment we arrived until we reluctantly left for the weekend, we were treated so special. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous. Our dinner in the igloo was so much fun. The pork shank was out of this world, but we also enjoyed our burger, Reuben, and of course the mac & cheese amongst other things. We indulged in some charcuterie and blueberry wine that were just so yummy. Everything was top of the line. We cannot wait to go back and would highly recommend. Thank you to the Wishmaker staff for making it a most memorable weekend“

“If you are driving from Columbus to Cleveland or the other way around, this is the halfway stop you are looking for. Fantastic food, great people, there is nothing bad here. Try different meals and eat in a train car. Win win. Trust me when I tell you, kids love it, adults love it, everyone loves it. Stop, get some food and make some memories!!!“

“Wow.... It's difficult to write this review because I know so many people are trying to save this brand from the wave of fast casual extinction that is sweeping America.
The food is good... But it's as good as the price... There isn't as much hidden value here....
The toughest part of this the fact that it's like driving a car that you bought new.... And now it's got 221K miles on it. You want to keep driving it, but you're noticing some serious signs of wearing out.
I saved this part for the end, so only people actually reading this would get here. One of the issues we had during our visit was that several staff ignored the horrific mess in the commode even thiugh EVERY SINGLE patron who exited the stench filled bathroom avd the three tables seated near the disaster areas brought the matter to their attention. We were there an hour... And this mess was present even before we arrived.... Was still there when we left.“
