This is one of the few McDonald's in Ohio that has consistently good service & food. I travel a lot and Caldwell's location is absolutely faster, fresher and cleaner than any McDonald's in 50 miles. Staff is usually on point and they make curbside pickup a breeze

Todays date 6-22-2022. Manager at first window taking orders was rude. Did not get my order right even after asking her twice. I aaked for fresh fries and i can tell they just dipped the old fries down in the grease to make them hot. Too many times my orders are wrong. Very frustrating
