“As far as Papa John’s go this site seems to make the best Papa John’s pizza in the SE Ohio and arguably in the state. I’ve eaten at Papa John’s since the first shop opened on East State St in Athens, Ohio in 1991. At that time the best Pizza in Athens was Late Night Pizza, but Papa John’s was a welcome addition to the Athens pizza scene. Most places today don’t even remotely remind me of the one I had as a kid in Athens, but this one comes darn close. Whoever is making the pies there 👏“

“I am a regular traveling visitor. The food and face to face service is always as expected or above average. If you order “take out” you have to specifically ask for (and check for) eating utensils. I have ordered “to go” food from the bar about 30 times, and it’s norm not to get napkins or eating utensils, which is a problem if you are in a hotel. If I remember to ask, it’s no problem. I usually don’t (my fault). Tonight, no requested sauces, ketchup, plastic utensils, or napkins came in the bag. Food was good and service at the bar great (Jamie).

Ask for and check for utensils and your sauces because I think it’s normal practice for them not to pack them.“

“Ordered by phone. Had delivered to my hotel room. Was told 40-45 min. Np! OMG! So fresh! So good! ACTUALLY PUT EXTRA CHEESE that i ordered!! Even brought us plates, napkins, parm & pepper flakes! A+++++ Wish I lived closer, I'd order all the time!“

“Always hot, always delicious, and if not ask for something else. I recently tried their Chicken Pot Pie - Oh my goodness!! I hadn't tried it in years because it used to to be all dough, not any more! It is chicken and veggies!! And more chicken!! It was delicious and creamy. Some friends had gotten it, suggested it and said it was really good. I was hesitant, but I thought they all can't be wrong! Boy were they Sooooo right! Thanks everybody this is my new favorite!!!“
