I went to Theo’s yesterday. Food was great. Service was great.
We had appetizers so I knew I wasn’t going to be able to finish my meal.
I asked for the salads and the soups to be made to go so that I could eat the main meal.
They forgot the soups and the salad. I called and spoke with Jack and he said that I could come and pick it up.. for my inconvenience I asked could I have a slice of cake? He told me no it was too expensive to give as a gratuity.

Over the multiple times I’ve been there I’ve found a piece of plastic in my pie which it was in the piece I took a bite of so luckily it just cut my gums and itwasn’t swallowed. Found hair in my dinner twice. So disappointed.
