service was not good though most of the party liked the food. had to walk to server to get the bill and he did not include itemized bill with charge slip, certainly not worth waiting another 15 minutes or more. manager helped serve but not enough staff to do a good job.
Came here for a lunch break with a couple of my associates. We ordered the Reuben, the Burger, Brisket & Cheese, and the Hall of Famer (photo). Ironically, as the restaurant is located in the Double Tree Hotel, the food was surprisingly great. My coworkers ordered the Brisket & Cheese and I could tell they were smokehouse or bbq inspired. My family and I had an outstanding experience at 330 Grill in Canton. From the moment we walked in, our waitress, Carol, made us feel genuinely welcome. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and understanding, especially with our kids. She took the time to interact with them, kept them smiling, and went above and beyond to make sure our meal was enjoyable.
