Put in an order at 1pm for a sub to be picked up at 2, got there and the sub wasnt even made. Stood there for 10 minutes, they come out with a sub and sit it on the table which sat for a solid 15 minutes which turned out to be my sub. Whats the point of online ordering if the subs wont even be made on time. Gotta do better
The god father sub was the best sub I’ve ever ate in 36 years. Never heard of this place until I came to Canton. I ordered the 7 inch ate half of it because they load up the meats. Customer service was fabulous. 10/10
They can improve how quickly they get to those that want to ask a question, how they wait until customers say they don't have any longer to wait before they try to get to the customer. I waited from 11:28 AM until 11:50 while there was no kind of rush. Maybe 3 people came through while I waited to ask a question.
Or how they phrased how they felt about a family member passing away in cold-blooded murder; an issue.
