This is usually my go to Dunkin if I get to stop before work. Never really have issues here. Today was drinking my iced latte and after it was right past half gone, I see a hair inside my coffee. I don’t like to complain but was grossed out and decided to leave a review,

Dunkin' offers amazing food and coffee with speedy service. Customers appreciate the efficient and friendly staff. The location is known for fixing any issues promptly and still fulfilling orders even if a mistake is made. This was a delight, and the workers are super sweet and attend to requests without a problem. One of the new staff members, Avery, makes the best matcha lattes. While the donuts are good, sometimes the icing ends up stuck to the bag. Overall, a fast, efficient, and pleasant place to grab breakfast, though it lacks high chairs for younger kids.
