First thing you could try is firing makayla. She is the rudest little thing you have working there and always gets the order wrong. If she doesn't care about her job, the customer or herself... it's time to find a different job! I do not recommend this rallys to anyone. go to the one up on Cleveland for much better food and service. I don't know how the dump on tusc is still open. keep employees like makayla and you won't be for much longer!
Just got my suppose to be double burger with one burger. Not right you guys.
Would have nice to get everything we ordered and paid for. Hubby asked if everything was in the bag and they assured us it was. WRONG!!
And they don’t do refunds??!!!
