I sat in the drive through when the clerk asked me to wait and then took the order for the other vehicle that pulled in AFTER me.
McDonalds is not worth the hassle.

The chicken ranch wrap was tasty, but dry as heck. I don't recommend ordering it without extra ranch. The cheese burgers were as usual. The cleanliness of the dining area was fine, but the floor was so slippery, we both almost fell when we walked in. The rest rooms were clean, but again, the floors were so slick it was difficult to get up off the seat without my feet slipping out from under me. We made sure to warn another couple before they walked in.

This place has gotten out of hand... food cold fries soggy.. and they forgot the sauce.. then I asked for it since it wasnt in the bag they charged me 25 cents a sauce again and complained the whole time.... MANAGER NEEDS TO GO SOME WHERE ELSE
Stopped in here for some lunch today. The food was cold and undercooked, the fountain drink had a weird taste to it, and if that's not enough to keep you home, there was a 2x2 foot puddle of what smelled like wastewater in the dining area. I assume that a floor drain must have backed up and leaked under the wall. When something like that happens, you mop it up, you don't just put a wet floor sign over it and leave it there stinking the restaurant up. I saw a lot of kids behind the counter, and clearly no one is managing them, there is no one in charge.

Took them 20 mins to serve us in the dining room . then I had to ask for my cups . I got charged for dine in and given take out . they have messed up several orders while I've sat here and listened ! Very unprofessional this morning.

Do they get timed on how long someone is at the speaker? It seems very odd to me that they would cut us off and essentially make us finish ordering before we were done otherwise. We had to order my toddlers food at the window. Very bizarre.
