Food is always cold, rotten slimy lettuce through out the taco, cheese not even melted on the quesadilla, 2 sauce packets for $30 worth of food. GREAT JOB. This place needs leadership desperately.

The staff is nice depending on time of day but the food is over priced for poor quality. I’m not one to complain ever but every taco I’ve ever gotten there has had a broken shell, every nacho fry has been rock solid probably hours old, no point in going back through because you will always get the same poor quality. I started to ask for fresh but still they always say they just came up or just got done but always old. my last straw was when I got MOCKED through the intercom for asking for different food because mine was so old it’s was cold no warmth at all. terrible experience.

I travel all over the East Coast and Midwest, and Taco Bell is often a quick grab for me. This location was conveniently right off the highway we were on. The service was fast, kind, and overall an exceptional experience. The toppings for the two meals and four additional items were perfectly balanced between meat and toppings. There was no overloading of lettuce or skimping on the good stuff. The cinnamon twists were fresh and didn’t have that stale or old oil flavor that many locations struggle with.
Please continue valuing your chain and maintaining the standards of your products by ensuring your tacos, burritos, cheesy crunch gorditas, and nachos are well filled, and by keeping your oil fresh so the twists come out as perfectly as they did this visit. The thick coating of cinnamon sugar was just right. For the cost of fast food in today’s economy, having this level of care, freshness, quality control, and service is truly important. Excellent job!
I would rank this specific location as third in my top five throughout the twenty states and territories I have visited in the US. I truly wish this one was near my home on the coast.
